Additional Goals. Pursuant to State Code §18-5G-9(c), and to the extent that the State Accountability System does not record and share the following with the Authorizer, the School shall annually report to the Authorizer by June 30 the following academic and operational performance indicators that the Authorizer will use to evaluate the School: (a) The percentage of WIN Academy 12th-grade students who successfully completed 12th grade. (b) The percentage who successfully completed 11th grade and will proceed to the 12th grade at the School.   • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”). The parties agree that such Service Level Agreement reflects performance goals and any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof shall not be considered a breach of contract that gives rise to contractual or other remedies.
