Additional Security Services Clause Samples
The "Additional Security Services" clause defines the provision of extra security-related services beyond those originally agreed upon in a contract. Additional Security Services. Note: Aircraft security inspection procedure, according to sub-article 7.4.2 (b 1)is carried out by the Carrier provided the crew has a special staff with the responsibilities in accordance with the state rules of Carrier’s registration to maintain aviation security regulations and instructions concerning aircraft inspection. The Carrier bears the responsibility for the security inspection procedure in this case.Carrier’s representative (Carrier) providesa copy of the aircraft security acceptance sertificate to the Handling Company.
Additional Security Services. 22.1 CMTA may require, from time to time, addition security services during the performance of this contract. Additional Security Services pertains to those services CMTA may need at any time during the performance of this contract whenever the need arises. Additional Services shall include the following:
22.1.1 Providing security support service at various CMTA administrative and construction locations/sites to ensure the protection of property and life.
22.1.2 Providing security support services during the installation of equipment such as security equipment.
22.1.3 Providing security support services when threats to the CMTA organization poses additional risks to CMTA operations and/or its employees.
22.1.4 Providing patrol services at Park & Ride Facilities and Metro Rail Stations.
22.1.5 Provide security services for special events which shall include, but not limited to, Trail of Lights, Formula One, Austin City Limits (ACL), and South by Southwest (SXSW).

Additional Security Services. Subtenant may obtain additional security services for the Premises, provided that such services shall be obtained solely from the Security Company engaged by Sublandlord for Project security, under a separate contract directly between Subtenant and Security Company, at Subtenant’s sole and exclusive cost. If any such additional security services obtained by Subtenant increases the cost of the security services being provided by Sublandlord (such as, by way of example only, if additional card readers or cameras requires an upgrade in the Security System), Subtenant shall reimburse Sublandlord for such increased costs promptly upon receipt of an invoice from the Sublandlord.
Additional Security Services. Tenant may permit an armed security detail consisting of up lo two (2) on-duty, plain clothed and armed Chicago Police Officers (the Security Detail") to secure the protection of Tenant's affiliated consultant, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, subject to the following conditions:
(a) The Security Detail may be present with ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (i) anywhere within the Premises, (ii) in areas outside the Premises on floors in which the Premises are located (including hallways) from which the Premises can be directly accessed, and (iii) on floors in which the Premises are located in elevators or elevator bays serving the Premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Security Detail may perform its duties on the exterior of the Building without being in the presence of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Tenant shall ensure that the Security Detail is complying with all applicable laws and regulations while performing its security duties.
(b) The Security Detail may consist of up to two (2) on-duty, plain clothed and armed police officers employed by the Chicago Police Department. The Security Detail must remain within the Premises or outside of the Building while on duty, provided that for the avoidance of doubt, such Security Detail will be permitted to use common areas (including lobby, hallways and elevator bays) to access the Premises for the purpose of reporting to work provided that, at all times such members of the Security Detail are in the Common Areas of the Building their firearms must be holstered and secured, unless such Security Detail is acting in its capacity at that time to protect and secure ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in connection with their ongoing duties.
(c) Services provided by the Security Detail shall at no time interfere with the entrance reception service provided by Landlord in the Building. Services provided by the Security Detail shall be performed in a manner consistent with similar services provided in first-class downtown Chicago office buildings occupied by financial services, governmental or other tenants with specialized security concerns, and if Landlord determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the Security Detail is not performing in such a manner and so notifies Tenant, Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord to correct any deficiencies. The Security Detail shall not monitor or otherwise interfere with traffic to and from the portions of the Building that are outside of the Premises, unless such Security Detail is acting in its capacity at that time to protect and secure ▇▇▇...
