AND LOCKOUTS. During the term of this Agreement the Company agrees that there shall be no lockouts and the Union agrees that there shall be no strike, or any other stoppage of or interference with work, which would cause any interruption of work.

AND LOCKOUTS. The Union agrees that during the term of this Agreement and regardless of whether an unfair labour practice is alleged (a) there will be no strike, or and the Union will not directly or indirectly authorize, encourage or approve any refusal on the part of employees to proceed to the location of normal work assignment where no rare or unusual physical hazard is involved in proceeding to such location. Any employee who violates this clause shall be subject to discipline. The Company agrees that during the term of this Agreement there will be no of employees covered by this Agreement.

AND LOCKOUTS. The Union and its members will be governed by the provisions of the Canada Labour The Employer will be similarly governed by the provisions of the Canada Labour Code in regards to lockouts. Employees shall not normally be deemed to have abandoned their positions in the event that they are prevented from crossing a legal picket line established in the immediate area of the Employer's property.

AND LOCKOUTS. During the life of this Agreement, there shall be no lockout by the Company or any strike, sit-down, slow-down or work stoppage or suspension of work either complete or partial for any reason by the Union. It shall not be a violation of the Agreement or cause for any disciplinary action or discharge of any employee, in the performance of his duties, to refuse to cross a legal picket line recognized by the Local Union.

AND LOCKOUTS. During the life of the Agreement there shall be no lockout by the Employer and no interruption or impeding of work, work stoppage, strike, sit- down, slow-down, or any other interference with production by any Employee or employees. ARTICLE MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Managerial responsibilities or decisions will be carried out or made in a manner that is just, reasonable and to the extent provided in this agreement this agreement in no way restricts the Employer in the management and direction of the Fort Housing Authority.

No Employee shall be required to cross any legal picket line of a Union representing employees of the Employer. No Employee shall suffer a loss of pay or benefits as a result of a refusal to cross a picket line. ARTICLE MANAGERIAL Managerial responsibilities or decisions will be carried out or made in a manner that is just, reasonable and non-discriminatory. The Union recognizes that it is the right of the Employer to exercise the regular and customary functions of management and to direct its workforce subject the terms of this Agreement.

AND LOCKOUTS. There shall be no strikes or no lockouts during the life of this Agreement. Where an employee expresses a concern for his or her safety in attempting to cross a picket-line or any demonstrations on or at the Client’s premises, the Employer will ensure a safe access to the workplace. No employee will be disciplined if he or she refuses to cross a picket line or demonstration out of concern for his or her safety. If employees are prevented from performing their duties because of a strike or lockout, the employees shall report the matter to the Employer, and the Employer will make every reasonable effort to ensure that such employees are employed elsewhere.

AND LOCKOUTS. In accordance with the RELATIONS ACT of the Province Ontario the parties hereto agree that there shall be no strike or lockout during the of this Agreement.
