Annual Fixed Fee Sample Clauses

The Annual Fixed Fee clause establishes a set, non-variable payment amount that is due each year for the duration of an agreement. This fee typically covers specified services or deliverables, regardless of the actual usage or volume, and is invoiced on a regular annual basis. By defining a predictable yearly cost, this clause provides financial certainty for both parties and simplifies budgeting, while also reducing the administrative burden of tracking fluctuating charges.
