ARTICLE TERMINATION. This Agreement shall be effective from September until September and shall continue automaticallythereafterduring annual periods of one year unless either party notifiesthe other in writing within no less than days and no more than days prior to the expiration date that it desires to amend or terminate this Agreement. ARTICLE TERMINATION. This Agreement shall be effective as of the first day of May, 2010, and shall remain in full force and effect until the thirtieth day of April, 2014, whereupon, it shall be automatically rendered null and void. It shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party notifies the other in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the anniversary date that it desires to modify this Agreement. In the event that such notice is given, negotiations shall begin not later than sixty (60) days prior to the anniversary date. Area Specific Trainers will receive per hour training premium above their posting rate when training. With respect to Maintenance classification incumbents at various levels carry the qualifications required in the following trade areas: Must have a current 3rd Class Ontario Stationary Engineer’s Certificate. Must have a current Ontario Electrician Construction and Maintenance Certificate of Qualification. Plus Industrial Electronic training at an accredited training center or proof of work related training in the Industrial Electronic field.
