ASE Certifications Clause Samples

The ASE Certifications clause establishes requirements for automotive service professionals to hold certifications from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). Typically, this clause mandates that technicians working on vehicles must possess current ASE credentials relevant to the services they perform, such as brakes, engine repair, or electrical systems. By setting this standard, the clause ensures that only qualified personnel handle vehicle maintenance or repairs, thereby promoting service quality and reducing the risk of errors or substandard work.
