Assignment Areas. Bargaining unit members will not be involuntarily transferred out of their current assignment area unless they voluntarily accept such a transfer. For purposes of this provision, the assignment areas are defined as: 1. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County; 2. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Counties, and; 3. Klamath County. This provision does not apply to Article 13, Layoff and Recall.
Assignment Areas. A. Teachers shall only be assigned to teach in a curriculum area in which they are “highly qualified”. Study halls may be assigned by mutual agreement between teacher and administrator as an additional period beyond the normal teaching load and shall be compensated according to Article VIII, Section 5. B. After prior consultation with the teachers involved, the principal may make changes in extra duty assignments when such changes are required for the smooth operation of the school. Extra duties include, but are not limited to, such duties as class advisors, noon duty, graduation committee, and assembly supervision.
Assignment Areas a) Teachers shall only be assigned to teach in major or approved fields of academic preparation as authorized by North Dakota Education Standards and Practices Board. Any special teaching assignment if included in individual contracts must be defined. Class assignment for the forthcoming year will be given before May 1st, if not available sooner. b) Teachers will be responsible for supervision of their classes and activities at all times. The responsibility can never be delegated or abrogated without the Principal's permission. c) Teachers will assume teaching assignments within the individual school as designated by their principal. The principal may, after prior consultation with the teacher (s) involved, make reasonable changes in teaching assignments when such change (s) are required for the smooth operation of the school, and meets Every Student Succeeds Act. If transition is during the school year, said teacher will be given one week to prepare materials before beginning new teaching assignment.
Assignment Areas. Teachers shall only be assigned to teach in an area in which the teacher is considered highly qualified as defined by the Education Standards and Practices Board of North Dakota.

  • ASSIGNMENT AND SUB-LETTING Tenant shall not assign this Agreement, or sub-let or grant any license to use the Premises or any part thereof without the prior written consent of Landlord. A consent by Landlord to one such assignment, sub-letting or license shall not be deemed to be a consent to any subsequent assignment, sub-letting or license. An assignment, sub-letting or license without the prior written consent of Landlord or an assignment or sub-letting by operation of law shall be absolutely null and void and shall, at Landlord's option, terminate this Agreement.

  • ASSIGNMENT AND NOVATION 34.1 The Supplier shall not assign, novate, or otherwise dispose of or create any trust in relation to any or all of its rights, obligations or liabilities under this Framework Agreement or any part of it without Approval. 34.2 The Authority may assign, novate or otherwise dispose of any or all of its rights, liabilities and obligations under this Framework Agreement or any part thereof to: 34.2.1 any Other Contracting Body; or 34.2.2 any Central Government Body or other body established by the Crown or under statute in order substantially to perform any of the functions that had previously been performed by the Authority; or 34.2.3 any private sector body which substantially performs the functions of the Authority, and the Supplier shall, at the Authority’s request, enter into a novation agreement in such form as the Authority shall reasonably specify in order to enable the Authority to exercise its rights pursuant to this Clause 34.2. 34.3 A change in the legal status of the Authority such that it ceases to be a Contracting Body shall not, subject to Clause 34.4 affect the validity of this Framework Agreement and this Framework Agreement shall be binding on any successor body to the Authority. 34.4 If the Authority assigns, novates or otherwise disposes of any of its rights, obligations or liabilities under this Framework Agreement to a body which is not a Contracting Body or if a body which is not a Contracting Body succeeds the Authority (both “Transferee” in the rest of this Clause) the right of termination of the Authority in Clause 30.4 (Termination on Insolvency) shall be available to the Supplier in the event of the insolvency of the Transferee (as if the references to Supplier in Clause 30.4 (Termination on Insolvency)) and to Supplier or Framework Guarantor or Call Off Guarantor in the definition of Insolvency Event were references to the Transferee.

  • Assignment of Space It is understood by Exhibitor that space will be assigned to Exhibitor by Show Management at Show Management’s sole discretion. Notification of space assignment shall be mailed to Exhibitor. After assignment, space location may not be changed, transferred or canceled except on written request and with the subsequent written approval of Show Management. Space assignments may be revoked or changed by Show Management if Exhibitor fails to meet payment deadlines. The size and location of Exhibitor’s space may, at Show Management’s election, differ from show to show. Notwithstanding and aforementioned, Show Management reserves the right to relocate Exhibitor. Show Management will make every effort by phone, fax and mail to notify Exhibitor of such relocation. Show Management assumes no responsibility whatsoever for exhibitor’s goods, products or fixtures before, during or after the show. In assigning exhibit space, Show Management shall carefully consider and at its sole discretion weigh collectively such factors (NOTE--factors are not presented in priority order nor to be construed to be weighed or prioritize) as: A. The size of exhibit space requested versus the overall space available for allocation to eligible exhibitors; B. The need to accommodate and encourage the introduction of new products for the buyer’s benefit; C. The quality and creativity of the product displays; D. The continuity and length of an Exhibitor’s previous exhibit activity; E. The size and shape of the space need as it relates to the effective display of an applicant’s products for the convenience and benefit of the buyers; F. The Exhibitor’s commitment to aggressively promote buyer attendance both independently and in cooperation with Show Management; and G. The need to balance traffic and promote buyer activity in all exhibit areas.

  • Lease Assignment A LEASE ASSIGNMENT occurs when all RESIDENT(s) will be vacating the premises during the current lease term. RESIDENT(s) will not assign this LEASE without first obtaining MANAGEMENT’S prior written consent. Any Lease Assignment shall be on MANAGEMENT’S form (Lease Assignment Addendum and Deposit Brief) and it shall be signed by ALL persons therein designated. The New Resident(s) must apply and qualify for occupancy. An approval by MANAGEMENT of a Lease Assignment fully releases the RESIDENT(s) from his/her obligations under the LEASE. The Security Deposit on hand will be transferred to the incoming Resident(s). The Security Deposit disposition will be handled between the Resident(s) moving out and the New Resident(s) moving in. A one hundred dollars ($100.00) Administrative Fee is charged for processing. Airbnb rentals, short term online rentals, and 3rd party rental contracts are not allowed.

  • Assignment; Sublease 19.1 Lessor may sell, assign or otherwise transfer all or any part of its right, title and interest in and to the Equipment and/or this Lease Agreement to a third-party assignee, subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement including, but not limited to, the right to the quiet enjoyment of the Equipment by Lessee as set forth in Section 7.1 above. Such assignee shall assume all of the rights and obligations of Lessor under this Lease Agreement and shall relieve Lessor therefrom. Thereafter, all references to Lessor herein shall mean such assignee. Notwithstanding any such sale, assignment or transfer, the obligations hereunder shall remain absolute and unconditional as set forth in Section 7.2 above. 19.2 Lessor may also pledge, mortgage or grant a security interest in the Equipment and assign this Lease Agreement as collateral. Each such pledgee, mortgagee, lienholder or assignee shall have any and all rights as may be assigned by Lessor but none of the obligations of Lessor hereunder. Any pledge, mortgage or grant of security interest in the Equipment or assignment of this Lease Agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions hereof including, but not limited to, the right to the quiet enjoyment of the Equipment by Lessee as set forth in Section 7.1 above. Lessor, by reason of such pledge, mortgage, grant of security interest or collateral assignment, shall not be relieved of any of its obligations hereunder which shall remain absolute and unconditional as set forth in Section 7.2 above. Upon the written request of Lessor, Lessee shall acknowledge such obligations the pledgee, mortgagee, lienholder or assignee. 19.3 LESSEE SHALL NOT SELL, TRANSFER, ASSIGN, SUBLEASE, CONVEY OR PLEDGE ANY OF ITS INTEREST IN THIS LEASE AGREEMENT OR ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT, WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF LESSOR. Any such sale, transfer, assignment, sublease, conveyance or pledge, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Lessor, shall be void.
