Assistant Administrator. Contractor shall provide the program 1 FTE Assistant Administrator position to support the Program Director. Assistant Administrator must have experience with operational aspects of running a residential program for Individuals in the Target Group.
Assistant Administrator. Contractor shall provide the residential program 1.4 FTE Assistant Administrator positions to support the Program Director. Assistant Administrators must have experience with operational aspects of running a residential program for Individuals in the Target Group. The Assistant Administrators shall: a. Assist with receiving and processing resident admissions, readmits, and discharges; b. Compile new resident medical charts, facilitate chart restructure and dismantling of discharged resident medical records; c. Assist with legal and financial issues, including but not limited to court issues, representative payee services, assistance with paying bills and money management; d. Review each Individual’s Service Plan with direct care staff at least quarterly; e. Participate in staff hiring, training, education, disciplinary action, and evaluations; f. Assist Administrator with scheduling and facilitating Service Plan meetings; g. Ensure all Service Plan changes are communicated to Individuals, caregivers, families, Administrator, RN, and ODHS Designee; h. Communicate/coordinate with physicians, outside providers, families, and other appropriate parties concerning Individual status or change in status; and i. Assist with staff scheduling as needed.

Contractor’s Assistant Administrator responsibilities include: a. Screening of referrals and other activities related to admission; b. Developing and providing Individual-specific training and monthly review of Individual Service Plans with Contractor’s direct care staff; c. Liaising with ODHS Contract Administrator and local ODHS/AAA office of new referrals and discharges; d. Coordinating Individual admissions and discharges with the Service Planning Team; e. Partners with the Service Planning Team on behavioral education, and individualized interventions which shall then be communicated through Individual Service Plans to direct care staff; f. Respond to Individuals needs and issues while On-Site; g. Conduct, record, review, and perform quality assurance checks on Behavioral Support Plans and offer suggestions as needed; h. Schedule and facilitate monthly Service Planning Team meeting; and i. Ensure that all staff and residential program have all the supplies necessary to carry out daily function for the residential program as well as emergency needs.
Assistant Administrator. In addition to the requirements of Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 411, Division 054, Contractor shall provide an additional 1 FTE Assistant Administrator position to support the Administrator. Assistant Administrator must have experience with operational aspects of running a program for Individuals in the target population.
Assistant Administrator. The Committee may from time to time invite the Assistant Administrator in charge of patient care or her/his designee to its meeting at mutually agreeable times for the purpose of exchanging information or to provide the Assistant Administrator in charge of patient care with recommendations on pertinent subjects.

Responsibilities include: a. Providing or ensuring availability of continuous supervision and direction, as well as ensuring access to On-Call backup for Contractor’s direct care staff. b. Manage staffing decisions, including hires and training, performing staff screening, staff scheduling, conducting initial staff on-site training and scheduling On-Call coverage for all Contractor staff. c. Conduct record reviews and quality assurance checks of staff documentation. d. Development and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to deliver all Services described in this Contract.
Assistant Administrator. In addition to the requirements of OAR Chapter 411 Division 054 rules, Contractor shall provide 1 FTE Assistant Administrator position. Staff in this position will oversee training requirements noted in Section 18. of this Contract. Contractor’s Assistant Administrator must have experience with operational aspects of running a residential program for Individuals in the target population supervising direct care staff and understand quality assurance procedures. Duties include program audits to ensure adherence to state licensing and regulatory requirements, involvement in implementation of policy revisions and training of facility staff. Contractor’s Program Director responsibilities include: a. Screening of referrals and other activities related to admission b. Schedule and facilitate weekly Service Planning Team meetings; c. Communicate with SPT and other team meetings regarding interactions with Individuals, observations, and changes in status of Individuals; d. Develop and provide Individual-specific training and monthly review of Individual Service Plans with Contractor’s direct care staff; e. Provide or ensure availability of 24/7 supervision, as well as direction and access to emergency backup is available for direct care staff; f. Manage staffing decisions such as hires and training, performing staff screening, staff scheduling, conducting initial staff on-site training, and scheduling on-call coverage for all Contractor’s staff; g. Ensure that staffing levels remain within Contract requirements; h. Conduct record reviews and quality assurance checks of staff documentation; i. Liaison with ODHS Contract Administrator and local ODHS/AAA office of new referrals and discharges; and j. Develop and implement policies and procedures necessary to implement Services in this contract.
