Availability Management a. Availability Management is the process for coordinating the appropriate skills, information, tools and procedures required to manage the Services including, the availability of interactive networks and their supporting Equipment and software components. Availability Management will optimize the capability of ACI’s IT infrastructure and the supporting organization to deliver a cost-effective and sustained level of Service.
