Availability of Parking Spaces Clause Samples

The 'Availability of Parking Spaces' clause defines the terms under which parking spaces are provided to tenants or users of a property. It typically outlines whether parking is included as part of the lease or agreement, the number of spaces allocated, and any conditions or restrictions on their use, such as designated spots or shared parking areas. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of parking rights and limitations, helping to prevent disputes over access and usage of parking facilities.
