(D) Upon normal retirement, an identification card and badge.

It is agreed that upon the transfer of the above uniform and equipment, the employee bears sole responsibility for custody or use, and the University shall bear no further responsibility in that regard.

Members of this unit will be eligible to participate in any University-level service recognition program and the Superior Accomplishment Award program offered to all other UF staff employees; and
D. I remain eligible for an annual cash bonus under the 2024 AIP award program for the 2024 plan year in accordance with the terms of that program. I acknowledge and agree that I will not be eligible for an annual cash bonus under the AIP award program for the 2025 plan year.

(A) Funeral and burial expenses will be as provided in section 112.19, F.S.
(B) Education benefits will be as provided in section 112.19, F.S.
(C) State Employees Group Health Self-Insurance Plan premium for the employee’s surviving spouse and children will be as provided in section 110.123, F.S.
(D) Any complaint or claim by an employee or the Association concerning this section shall not be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement.
