Benefits While on Compensated Leave Sample Clauses

The "Benefits While on Compensated Leave" clause defines an employee's entitlement to continue receiving certain benefits during periods when they are on paid leave. Typically, this means that while an employee is absent from work but still receiving their regular salary—such as during vacation, paid sick leave, or parental leave—their health insurance, retirement contributions, and other employment benefits remain in effect as if they were actively working. This clause ensures that employees do not lose valuable benefits due to taking compensated time off, providing financial and personal security during such periods.
