Card Management Clause Samples
Card Management. The CSA and Authorized Persons have authority to: (a) designate persons who will be issued Cards and become Cardholders and establish their individual Card credit limit and spending controls; (b) cancel a Card and change the credit limit associated with a Card; (c) issue replacement Cards for damaged or lost Cards; and, (d) obtain information and reports about, and monitor the Card Account and Card use.
Card Management. The Cardholder may perform the following in the Facility:
1. Manage Card Status - The Cardholder may lock or unlock his or her Card.
2. E-commerce Access - The Cardholder may enable or disable his/her Card for e-commerce transactions through the Facility.
3. Manage Card Limits - The Cardholder may manage his/her card limits on ATM withdrawal or purchase transactions using his/her Enrolled Card.
Card Management. An automated system for plastic card ordering, pin ordering, card re-issue tracking, and "Hot Carding", accessible to Client via On-Line Terminal Dial-Up PC or Batch Processing.
Card Management. The Card Management service allows Digital Banking customers to perform a number of administrative functions in connection with ATM cards, debit cards, and credit cards. The functions you are able to perform through the "Manage Cards" tab on Digital Banking vary depending on the type of card. There may be fees for performing certain functions in connection with your cards. These fees are published in the applicable Disclosure of Products and Fees (for ATM and debit cards), any applicable addenda or your credit card cardholder agreement (for credit cards).
Card Management. This Agreement covers all Card Management Services provided through the Digital Banking Platform if you have a credit card with us. You may freeze your account anytime you want to limit access to your credit card, or debit card such as when you have temporarily misplaced your card but believe it is still in your possession or even when you don't plan on using it. It's easy to freeze or unfreeze your card, either online or through our mobile app. When you temporarily freeze a credit or debit card: You block new transactions. You block cash advances and ATM withdrawals. Recurring automatic transactions set up with any credit card number on the account will be blocked. Other activity will continue to post, including returns, credits, dispute adjustments, your credit card account payments, credit card protection premiums, account fees, interest, and certain other exempted transactions You can unfreeze your card and begin using it again. You can freeze or unfreeze your credit card as many times as you would like. You can unfreeze your account i online or through our mobile app, so you can continue using your account as you did before you froze it. It may take up to one (1) hour for your card to begin working after you have unfrozen it.
Card Management. The Card Management feature is a means to control debit card availability by allowing you to lock/unlock your card, mark your card as lost/stolen, reorder a new card, and activate a new card within eBank. Additional Services may be offered under this Agreement from time to time by amendment hereto,and we may modify or terminate any Service or feature from time to time.
Card Management. Card Management is your general Admin Application for the overall administration of your Card program. The Card Administrator and authorized Users have the ability to: designate persons who will be issued Cards and become Cardholders and establish their individual Card credit limit and spending controls; cancel a Card and change the credit limit associated with a Card; issue replacement Cards for damaged or lost Cards; effect a name change on an existing Card; select, create, and maintain templates through the Channel Services that implement available spending controls; and, obtain information and reports about, and monitor, Account and Card use.
Card Management. This Agreement covers all Card Management Services provided through the Digital Banking Platform if you have a credit card with us.
Card Management a. Benefitfocus will provide Participants with access to the Card as a payment method, per the Client’s Design Guide.
b. Lost Cards may be reported online or to consumer services. Replacement and additional Cards can be ordered through the call center or online for an additional fee.
c. Benefitfocus will auto substantiate claims using:
i. Copay matching logic (copays provided to Benefitfocus in the Design Guide)
ii. Inventory Approval System
iii. Recurring transactions
d. Benefitfocus will only allow Cards to be used for eligible expenses as defined by the Account Plan parameters in the Design Guide. Benefitfocus shall not allow the Card to be used for cash withdrawals or any other purpose at ATMs or to obtain cash back from a merchant.
e. Card settlement will occur electronically via ACH as often as nightly, against the Client’s bank account as defined in the Design Guide.
Card Management. ① The Cardholder shall immediately sign on the reverse side of the Card upon receiving the Card. Card shall only be used by the Cardholder and shall not be used by others including Cardholder’s spouse, family members etc.
