Change Control Notice Sample Clauses

A Change Control Notice clause establishes the formal process for requesting, documenting, and approving changes to the scope, deliverables, or terms of an agreement. Typically, this clause requires that any proposed modifications be submitted in writing, reviewed by relevant parties, and agreed upon before implementation. For example, if a project’s requirements shift or additional work is needed, a Change Control Notice ensures all parties are aware and consent to the adjustments. Its core function is to maintain clear communication and mutual agreement regarding changes, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over unauthorized alterations.
