Cleaning and Disinfecting Clause Samples

The Cleaning and Disinfecting clause sets out the responsibilities and standards for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a specified area or property. It typically details the frequency of cleaning, the types of cleaning agents to be used, and which party is responsible for performing or arranging these services. For example, it may require daily disinfection of high-touch surfaces or mandate the use of approved disinfectants. This clause ensures a safe and hygienic environment, reducing the risk of illness and clarifying obligations to prevent disputes over cleanliness standards.
