7.3.1 Concessionaire shall thoroughly clean the entire Concession Space, including all equipment and fixtures, whether provided by the City or Concessionaire, the grill and exhaust, floors, counters, refrigerators and all coils at least once prior to, once during; and once after the close of the April through September golf season, and one additional time during the October to March off-season.
7.3.2 Concessionaire is responsible for the ongoing cleanliness of the Concession Space in order to provide a clean and orderly appearance for golfers and the public, including but not limited to, busing and cleaning tables, chairs, patio deck, floor areas and common areas/hallways, removing trash accumulations to designated trash containers, and cleaning restrooms located in the clubhouse, bunker house, and patio deck.
Cleaning and Janitorial. (1) The Tenant shall maintain the Terminal, including the Terminal building, all aprons, storage and cargo areas, gangways, baggage rooms, escalators, passenger concourses, fixed conveyors, elevators, employee spaces and parking areas, clean, tidy and uncluttered and promptly remove debris and waste material from these areas to the satisfaction of the Port.
(2) The Tenant shall undertake all necessary cleaning of the Terminal, including all the furniture, fixtures and equipment located therein. The Tenant may appoint a professional cleaning contractor(s) for the Terminal and shall ensure that the Terminals are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
(3) The Tenant shall ensure that the Terminal and the facilities therein are clean and in proper working condition before any ship arrival. All bathrooms and public spaces must be regularly cleaned and checked at such intervals as may be necessary to ensure the continued cleanliness of such spaces at all times.
(4) The Tenant shall submit its operation plan for the cleaning and janitorial services of the Terminal and shall make such adjustments as may be directed by the Port from time to time and at any time.
(5) Any general or emergency janitorial or maintenance requests should be directed to the Tenant and the Tenant shall ensure that such situations will be dealt with promptly.
(6) The Tenant shall ensure that all pipes, drains, basins, sinks and water-closets in the Terminal are kept clean and unblocked at all times.

9.3.3 Contractor shall facilitate the basic maintenance of clean and orderly restrooms in the Concession Space throughout operating hours.

(a) LANDLORD shall supply janitorial and cleaning services for all public areas and common facilities; and rubbish removal from the office floors on which the Premises are located. Cleaning and janitorial services for the Premises will be supplied by TENANT, and TENANT shall at all times keep the Premises clean.
(b) LANDLORD agrees to provide TENANT with cleaning services for the public areas of the Building as well as the Premises of TENANT five (5) nights per week according to the cleaning specifications established by and between LANDLORD and cleaning contractor.
