Cleaning Duties. (a) It shall be part of an employee’s routine duties to perform cleaning functions which whilst not limited to, will include the following: Cleaning of fixtures and fittings Dusting of shelving and stock Sweeping, vacuuming or mopping floors Sweeping of external pavements and drive ways (b) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ will provide the appropriate equipment, cleaning materials and protective items necessary to perform the above mentioned cleaning duties efficiently and hygienically.
Cleaning Duties. 16.01 Employees required to clean a fuel tank at the time of the annual cleaning shall receive a premium of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour for a minimum of four (4) hours of work or time so spent whichever is greater. Tank Farm Operators shall have priority for said duties at Dorval Airport. However, these same duties may also be accomplished by Facilitymen.

Cleaning Duties. 5.1. Any necessary cleaning of the shared kitchens and sanitary facilities is incumbent on the tenants on a rotational basis scheduled amongst themselves. This also includes preventing bringing in vermin and its spreading. 5.2. Freezers must be defrosted regularly in order to prevent damage as well as unnecessarily high energy consumption. 5.3. Balconies and terraces are to be kept free of snow and dirt. Balcony furniture may only be set up in areas which are not marked as emergency escape routes. Furniture belonging to the Landlord, other furniture and equipment as well as rubbish must not be stored on balconies and terraces.
Cleaning Duties. 1. Flight Attendants are responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness of the aircraft cabin throughout the day, (i.e., such as collection and stowage of magazines, tidying of aircraft, straightening seat belts, galley appearance and general interior condition). A Flight Attendant shall also be responsible for tidying of seatpockets only to the extent of removing such items as newspapers, food wrappers and other catering items, etc. which are visible and accessible without reaching into the pocket to determine what is inside. Flight Attendants will not normally be responsible for extraordinary cleaning and grooming (e.g., emissions from passengers) that might be required during the day. Flight Attendants are responsible for communicating to ground personnel about any other necessary cleaning items. Flight Attendants will not be responsible for cleaning the aircraft at termination stations. 2. Company personnel will remove the DHC-8 trash bag from the bin, time and staffing permitted.
Cleaning Duties. 8.1 The Company takes pride in the appearance of its stores to create a positive impression to customers. A Team Member recognises that cleaning duties will form part of their routine duties. 8.2 The cleaning duties a Team Member may be requested to perform which whilst not limited to, will include: Cleaning of fixtures and fittings Dusting of shelving and stock Sweeping, vacuuming or mopping floors Sweeping of external pavements and drive through areas Cleaning of staff amenities including toilets; provided that where a Team Member objects in writing, a Team Member will not be required to clean toilets 8.3 The Company will provide the appropriate equipment, cleaning materials and protective items necessary to perform the above mentioned cleaning duties efficiently and hygienically.
Cleaning Duties. 1. The Company shall arrange for cleaning of its aircraft at all stations, including removal of trash. 2. A Flight Attendant will not be responsible to groom an aircraft in a hub city, and will not be required to assist grooming in outstations unless ground time is less than thirty (:30) minutes. 3. Grooming shall mean straightening seatbelts and collection of magazines, newspapers, and other obvious trash, if time permits, including removal of the trash bag. Flight Attendants shall not be required to reach into seat-back pockets. 4. A Flight Attendant shall collect items from passengers required by the FAA to be properly stowed for taxi, takeoff and landing (e.g., cups, glasses, napkins, stir sticks, etc). 5. A Flight Attendant will not be held individually liable for an FAR violation which may be levied due to an unclean aircraft and shall not be subject to discipline as a result of dedicated cleaning personnel not completing cleaning duties, provided the Flight Attendant complies with the provisions set forth in 2 through 4 of this subsection. 6. Flight Attendants will not be required to clean the aircraft. Flight Attendants are responsible for communicating to ground personnel about any other necessary cleaning items. 7. It is the intent of this subsection K. to ensure that adequate cleaning staffing is in place so that all aircraft grooming is completed by a dedicated cleaning staff except as specified otherwise in 2. above. However, the parties also recognize that operational changes may create unplanned disruptions, such as diversion and/or unavailability of dedicated cleaning staff beyond the control of the Company. In such operational circumstances, a Flight Attendant shall be responsible to ensure that grooming is completed to the extent possible in order to prevent a delay. If insufficient time is available to complete all required grooming, the Flight Attendant shall at a minimum, remove the trash bag from the aircraft, if not removed pursuant to K.1. above.
Cleaning Duties. The Employer shall develop and maintain systems and processes that provide for and maintain the cleanliness of shared employee areas.

  • Cleaning At all times, the Contractor shall keep the Site and the Work clean and free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by the construction activities under the Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that the entire Project is thoroughly cleaned prior to requesting Substantial Completion Inspection and, again, upon completion of the Project prior to the Final Completion Inspection.

  • CLEANING UP 4.15.1 Before commencement of any on-site activities, Contractor is required to prepare and submit to the Project Manager a Construction Site Waste Reduction Plan. Failure to comply with this provision or a failure to comply with the plan itself will result in withholding of general conditions’ money from the contractor’s monthly requisition until Contractor has rectified the situation and is in full compliance with these provisions. 4.15.2 The Contractor at all times shall keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish. At the completion of the Work he shall remove all his waste materials and rubbish from and about. the Project as well as all his tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus materials and shall leave the premises in a clean and satisfactory condition. 4.15.3 If the Contractor fails to clean up at the completion of the Work, the State may do so as provided in Paragraph 3.4 and the cost thereof shall be charged to the Contractor.

  • Scope of Duties Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Custodian shall be under no duty or obligation to inquire into, and shall not be liable for: (1) The acts or omissions of any agent appointed pursuant to Instructions of the Fund or its investment advisor including, but not limited to, any broker-dealer or other entity to hold any Assets of the Fund as collateral or otherwise pursuant to any investment strategy. (2) The title, genuineness or validity of the issue of any Securities purchased by the Series, the legality of the purchase thereof, or the propriety of the amount paid therefor; (3) The legality of the sale of any Securities by the Series or the propriety of the amount for which the same are sold; (4) The legality of the issue or sale of any Shares, or the sufficiency of the amount to be received therefor; (5) The legality of the redemption of any Shares, or the propriety of the amount to be paid therefor; (6) The legality of the declaration or payment of any distribution of the Series; or (7) The legality of any borrowing for temporary administrative or emergency purposes.
