Client Contributions. The Client shall carry out the activities and provide the facilities and other arrangements set out in the Schedule to this Agreement.
Client Contributions. 6.1 For the avoidance of doubt, any personal contributions payable by Clients towards any Council services will continue to be collected by Council staff.
Client Contributions. 1.1 Your Organisation may only charge a Client an amount of Client Contributions as agreed for a Service specified in the Client’s ISP if Your Organisation charged the Client a fee for the provision of that Service under a former state and territory administered specialist disability program and prior to the Client receiving services under the CoS Programme.

Where required by the relevant Program/Service Guidelines or Specifications, Contractor shall provide clients receiving services under this Contract the opportunity to voluntarily and confidentially contribute toward the cost of services they receive. All solicitations to contribute must be approved in advance by County. Under no circumstances shall any otherwise eligible client be denied service under this Contract because of a failure to contribute toward the cost of the services provided. B. Contractor agrees to deposit all funds contributed by clients to a bank account designated by County and to report to County all such contributions and to record and DocuSign Envelope ID: 0A550B65-1811-48A8-99EE-EB845D959A29 document these funds as specified in the relevant Program/Service Guidelines or Specifications. C. Contractor agrees that any and all client contributions may, at the County's discretion, be used as an offset to County's reimbursement of Contractor for services rendered or to purchase additional units of service for eligible clients authorized and designated by County. Contractor further agrees that all units of service purchased with client contributions shall be provided in the same manner and at the same unit cost as such services as are purchased through this Contract. D. Contractor further agrees that all funds received through client contributions that remain unspent at the end of this Contract must be spent in a manner approved by County or reimbursed to County.
Client Contributions. 3.8.1 Your Organisation may charge Client Contributions for services Your Organisation provides to a Client as part of an Activity. The amount of Client Contributions charged for an Activity must not exceed the amount the Client was charged for those (or any similar) services prior to the Activity Start Date for the Activity, adjusted annually for any consumer price index increases. Grant funds must not be used to pay for any Client Contributions. Client Contributions charged for an ISP Activity must be clearly set out in the Client’s CoS ISP Service Agreement. The Client Contributions that Your Organisation charges for an Activity must comply with the principles and requirements in the Programme Manual. 3.8.2 Your Organisation may use Client Contributions for any purpose. Any Client Contributions Your Organisation receives for an Activity must be specified in any declaration required under clause 2.3 [Reports].

Contractor agrees that any and all client contributions will be used as provided in the budget contained in Exhibit I or to provide additional services to eligible clients under this Contract in the same manner and at a cost equivalent to other services purchased through this Contract. Contractor further agrees that all funds raised through client contributions that remain unspent at the end of this Contract must be spent in a manner approved by Department or reimbursed to County.
Client Contributions. 15.3.1 The Trust shall pay the gross payment including all Residents contributions unless agreed otherwise between the Trust, Resident and Home. 15.3.2 However as permitted under Article 25 of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 the Resident may pay directly to the Home the assessed charge for accommodation. Where this arrangement is agreed by the Trust, Resident and Home, the Home shall facilitate all Residents who wish to pay the assessed contribution this way. 15.3.3 Where a Resident is paying their Client Contribution to the Home and defaults on payment, the relevant Trust finance department will take responsibility for the 4 weeks prior to receipt of notification. The Trust will pay gross at the appropriate rate to a Home, until such time as the Resident resumes the payment of the Client Contribution amount. Thereafter payment by the Trust to the Home will revert to the Trust's contribution payment. 15.3.4 For the avoidance of doubt, a Private Funder who does not wish to avail the Care Management process and/or any Trust contribution towards their care costs the Resident can agree any fees and payment arrangements with the Home. In such cases, the Trust shall not be liable or responsible for any defaults on payment.

  • Retirement Contributions On behalf of employees, the State will continue to “pick up” the six percent (6%) employee contribution, payable pursuant to law. The parties acknowledge that various challenges have been filed that contest the lawfulness, including the constitutionality, of various aspects of PERS reform legislation enacted by the 2003 Legislative Assembly, including Chapters 67 (HB 2003) and 68 (HB 2004) of Oregon Laws 2003 (“PERS Litigation”).
