Client Review. As among Client, MedInformatix and Developer, Client is responsible for all decisions, acts, and omissions of any persons in connection with the delivery of medical care or other services to any patients. Before any FHIR App is placed into a live production environment, it is Client’s responsibility to review and test the FHIR App (in conjunction with the Associated MedInformatix Software and all other associated materials, workflows, and other content), as implemented, make independent decisions about system settings and configuration based upon Client’s needs, practices, standards and environment, and reach its own independent determination that t he FHIR App is appropriate for such live production use. Any such use by Client (or its authorized users) will constitute Client’s representation that it has complied with the foregoing. FHIR Apps designed for clinical use (“Clinical Apps”) are tools to assist Client and authorized users in the delivery of medical care, but should not be viewed as prescriptive or authoritative. Clinical Apps are not a substitute for, and Client shall ensure that each authorized user applies in conjunction with the use thereof, independent professional medical judgment. Clinical Apps are not designed for use, and Client shall not use them, in any system that provides medical care without the participation of properly trained personnel. Any live production use of Clinical Apps by Client (or its authorized users) will constitute Client’s acceptance of clinical responsibility for the use of such Clinical Apps.
Client Review. Upon completion of any setup or other services referenced in this section, Client shall review the Client data included in the Attendance service by APS. APS shall have no liability to Client for any errors or inaccuracies in Client data, including but not limited, to the calculation of regular time, overtime, or any other compensatory time included in such service by APS.
Client Review. It shall be Client's responsibility to review, verify and make a final audit of all Output. Client will balance reports to verify master file information and will inspect and review all reports and other Output (whether printed or electronically transmitted) created from data provided by Client to Fidelity. Client will reject all incorrect reports or Output (a) within two (2) business days after receipt of daily reports or Output, (b) within five (5) business days after receipt of annual, quarterly or monthly reports or Output and (c) within three (3) business days after receipt of all other reports or Output. Fidelity will correct any errors in Client's files that result in errors in reports or other Output where such errors are solely because of either malfunctions of Fidelity's equipment or its systems or errors of Fidelity's operators, programmers or other personnel and are called to Fidelity's attention within the time frames specified for balancing and rejecting reports. Fidelity will, to the extent reasonably practicable, correct any other errors for an additional charge as listed in Attachment 1. The foregoing are Client's exclusive remedies for errors in reports or other Output provided by Fidelity under this Agreement.
Client Review. Contractor shall submit to Client for its review and comment each Design Document designated for Client’s review as set forth in Appendix A. Client shall have the right to review each such Design Document and to provide its written comments on any material aspect of such document, if any, as soon as reasonably possible but in no event later than ten (10) calendar days after receipt thereof. Contractor shall diligently amend such Design Documents or otherwise respond to Client’s comments and resubmit such Design Documents for Client’s review and such review cycle shall be repeated until each Party is reasonably satisfied. Contractor shall have no obligation to accept recommended changes provided that Contractor is acting in a manner consistent with the Scope.
Client Review. Client shall review all reports furnished by StoneRiver for accuracy, and shall work with StoneRiver to reconcile any out of balance conditions or discrepancies.
Client Review. It shall be Client’s responsibility to review, verify and make a final audit of all documents, reports, customer statements and other output of the Services received by the Client which are created from data provided by Client to ITA (collectively, “Output”). Client will balance reports to verify master file information and will inspect and review all Output (whether printed or electronically transmitted) created from Data provided by Client to ITA. Client will notify ITA of all incorrect Output within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of erroneous Output. ITA will correct, at its sole expense, any errors in Client’s files that result in errors in Output provided that Client notifies ITA as provided herein and such errors are solely caused by malfunctions of ITA’s equipment or systems or ITA’s error. ITA will, to the extent reasonably practicable, correct any other errors for an additional charge as listed in the Pricing Schedule. The foregoing are Client’s exclusive remedies for errors in Output provided by ITA under this Agreement subject to any additional remedies as specified in an applicable Attachment.

Client Review. AECOM will attend one (1) meeting with the Client to review the progress of the construction documents. Minor revisions will be incorporated into the documents based on review comments. Major changes that represent a significant departure from the original design program, budget, and approved concept shall be considered an Additional Service.
Client Review. The Client agrees in advance to the design process what the project will include. This will be confirmed in writing after the initial requirements call. The Client does have an opportunity to approve the design during the design phase but once this has been agreed Frankly Media will then go on to complete the project as agreed on the initial requirements call. Changes to the project after this point may be chargeable. At the completion of the project, such materials will be deemed to be accepted and approved unless the Client notifies Frankly Media Ltd otherwise within ten (10) days of the date the materials are made available to the Client.
Client Review. The Client will review the illustrative conceptual site plan and statement of probable cost and provide a consolidated set of written review comments to AECOM. AECOM will incorporate the Client’s review comments into the construction documents in the next phase of the work. Additional revisions or concepts requested by the Client shall be provided as an Additional Service.
