Clock Hours Sample Clauses
Clock Hours. The District and the Association shall work together to arrange clock hours for staff development whenever possible. Such clock hours shall be eligible for movement on the salary schedule per section 13.1.7 –
Clock Hours. The District shall arrange clock hours for staff development sponsored by the District, subject to applicable regulations and approval as required. The clock hours earned will apply to the salary schedule.
Clock Hours. An employee wishing to earn clock hours toward salary enhancement must obtain an 6 application form from the Human Resources Office.
Clock Hours. Properly documented clock hours will be recognized for the District salary schedule. The District and the Association shall work together to arrange clock hours for staff development whenever possible. As a clock hour provider, the District will make every effort to provide no fewer than ten (10) clock hours to bargaining unit members each year. Such clock hours shall be eligible for movement on the salary schedule. If no costs are incurred by the District, clock hours will be provided free of charge to employees.
Clock Hours. 38 39 Certificated Employees will receive the equivalent of a one-college-credit-hour course on the 40 salary schedule for each ten (10) clock hours of approved inservice training attended, provided 41 such credit is accepted by OSPI and/or other appropriate state monitoring agencies.

1. Employees may submit Clock Hours as they are earned, or when the employee determines that they have sufficient Clock Hours to warrant a salary change. The employee will submit Clock Hours with a cover checklist to confirm that the forms are properly and fully completed.
2. The District will maintain an employee’s Clock Hours file with the employee’s submissions until such time as the employee submits a request for salary change.
3. The annual due date for submitting Clock Hours and requesting a salary change is October 1.
4. Employees should submit all Clock Hours and requests for salary changes prior to September 1 to assure timely processing of salary changes and to allow time for any necessary employee corrections. Recognizing that documentation of Professional Development completed during the summer may not be available by September 1, the final due date for submitting Clock Hours and requesting a salary change is October 1.
5. A minimum of thirty (30) Clock Hours will be offered by the District each year.

Clock Hours. Clock hours will be offered for the one (1) hour late start Mondays at the conclusion 32 of each school year. These clock hours will recognize attendance at the approximately thirty (30), 33 one (1) hour meetings. In order to receive clock hours, employees will record their attendance on 34 the designated clock hour attendance form.
Clock Hours. The District shall accept all Clock Hours and In-service Credit that meet State Board of Education Approval Standards for advancement on the local salary schedule. Ten (10) clock hours of in-service shall be equal to one quarter of university credit. Official records and methods of reporting clock hours to the District shall be the same procedure as outlined in subsection 7a (see above). Clock hours must be on the State approved Clock Hour list for the year the Clock Hours were earned.
