COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF WORKS. If the Contract Particulars state that a Mobilization Period applies the Contractor shall complete the mobilization for the Works within the Mobilization Period. In the event of the parties not being able to reach agreement as to the adjustment to the building price, then the QS shall determine the dispute and the QS ‘s determination shall be final and binding on all parties. 14.5.
