Commissions and Payment. Subject to Your compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, NetSuite will pay You commissions equal to ten percent (10%) of Lead Referral Revenue (defined below). Commission payments (less any applicable withholding taxes or other levies) will be due on the last day of the month following the quarter in which NetSuite receives payment of the Lead Referral Revenue.

Commissions and Payment. 10.1 Merchants will use the Intranet to set out how much commission is paid for each validated Transaction. Merchants are free to decide how much commission they will pay for each validated Transaction. 10.2 If you are due to be paid commissions, we will issue you with a statement setting out all of the commissions you have earned. Each statement covers a period of 2 weeks, and will be issued 2 weeks after the end of the period it covers. This means, for example, that a statement covering the first half of a month will be issued to you at the end of that month. The statements we provide are definitive when it comes to determining what commissions have been earned. 10.3 We will try to pay any commissions to you within 30 days of our receipt of any payments owed to us in respect of those commissions by the relevant Merchant. We may pay commissions earlier, but whether or not we do so is entirely up to us (even if we have previously paid commissions early in respect of a particular Merchant). 10.4 Commissions will be paid to you in the currency in which the respective Transaction was tracked. 10.5 If you earn commissions from a Merchant, and that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ does not pay us what it owes us in relation to those commissions, we don‟t have to pay those commissions to you until we are paid by the Merchant. 10.6 We will not make any payments which are less than a certain amount (called the “Minimum Threshold”). If you have total commissions which are less than the Minimum Threshold, they will be held to your account. When the total amount of commissions held to your account reaches the Minimum Threshold, those commissions will become payable. The amount of the Minimum Threshold may change from time to time, and more information can be found on the Intranet. 10.7 If we suspect you have generated commissions in breach of this Agreement you will, by way of future assignment, assign to us all of your rights and ownership in those commissions. This includes any commissions you have already been paid, which you will repay to us when we ask. 10.8 If we can‟t get in contact with you using the contact details set out in your application, and: (a) we cannot pay you commissions because you have provided incomplete or incorrect payment information; or (b) you don‟t log on to our website for 12 months; you waive your right to be paid those commissions and you assign (way of future assignment) all of your rights and ownership in any commissions which we are holding to your account...

In the event that you provide the Operator with incorrect or incomplete details or you have failed to update your details and as a result your Commission is paid to an incorrect payment account, the Operator shall not be liable to you in any manner whatsoever for payment of any such Commission. Without derogating from the forgoing, if the Operator is not able to transfer the Commissions to you due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by you, the Operator reserves the right to subtract from the Commissions due to you an amount of money to reflect the required investigation and additional work created by your having provided incorrect or incomplete details. 5.2 The Operator reserves the right to request that you provide the Operator with written documentation verifying all your beneficiaries and payment account at any time, including upon registration and when any change is made relating to your payment account. The Operator is not obligated to make any payments until verification is completed to its satisfaction. If the Operator believes at its sole discretion that you have failed to provide it with such verification, the Operator retains the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and you shall not be entitled to receive any Commissions which have accrued to your benefit at such time or thereafter. No Commission shall be due to the Affiliate in respect of any traffic generated in an illegal or unlawful manner or which contravenes any provision of this Agreement of Applicable Law. 5.3 The Operator reserves the right to take action against any Affiliate or its referred Players that show patterns of manipulating our terms in any way whatsoever. If we determine at our sole discretion that such conduct is being practiced, we may withhold and keep any Commission payments accrued to the benefit of the relevant Affiliate at such time and thereafter and terminate this Agree...

Commissions and Payment. Subject to Independent Contractor compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, Vilu Travel Designers will pay the Independent Contractor: 1. Commissions equal to 3% of the amount paid to Vilu Travel Designers excluding flights and visas by the Commissionable Lead for trips to Canada, United States, Mexico, Central America, Caribbean and Cruises to any place around the world. Commission payments (less any applicable withholding taxes, subsequently credited charges, write-offs, refunds, charge backs, or other levies) will be due to Independent Contractor ten (10) days after the trip finishes. 2. Commissions equal to 6% of the amount paid to Vilu Travel Designers excluding flights and visas by the Commissionable Lead for trips to the rest of the world excluding the destiantions and type of trip mentioned above. Commission payments (less any applicable withholding taxes, subsequently credited charges, write-offs, refunds, charge backs, or other levies) will be due to Independent Contractor ten (10) days after the trip finishes.
