The Communication Material clause defines the rules and requirements for any materials or content used to convey information between parties, such as advertisements, brochures, or digital communications. Typically, this clause outlines what types of materials must be approved, who is responsible for creating or reviewing them, and any branding or legal compliance standards that must be met. Its core function is to ensure that all communications are accurate, consistent, and compliant with relevant laws or contractual obligations, thereby reducing the risk of misrepresentation or unauthorized disclosures.
Communication Material. 7.1 The CD will provide the Marketer with advertising and information material (documents, catalogues, presentations, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as the "Communication Material"), which the Marketer needs to perform his/her business activities under this Agreement, in the form of free-of charge download in the marketer zone of the website ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/.
7.2 The Marketer is allowed to use exclusively authorised Communications Materials of CD or the Related Companies from the marketer zone of the website ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/. Before using the Communication Material, the Marketer must verify that the material corresponds to the current version. The culpable use of unauthorised Communications Materials by the Marketer entitles CD to terminate this Agreement immediately.
7.3 In the event of termination of this Agreement, the Marketer is obligated to immediately destroy the Communication Material available to him/her and no later than three (3) days from the date of termination of this Agreement, he/she is obligated to confirm such destruction to CD in writing. The Marketer shall not be entitled to make a copy of the Communication Material available to him/her in paper or electronic form prior to destruction.
7.4 CD bears no liability toward third parties in the event of a trademark infringement by the Marketer.

Communication Material. 7.1 Lyconet shall make the advertising and information material (documents, catalogues, presentations, etc.) (hereinafter: “Communication Materials”) required by the Marketer to perform his/her sales activities under this Lyconet Agreement available to the Marketer for down- loading free of charge at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (log-in section).
7.2 The Marketer may use only the Communication Materials authorized by Lyconet and provided at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Before using any communication material, the Marketer must check whether it reflects the current version. The intentional inappropriate use of unauthorized Communication Materials by the Marketer shall entitle Lyconet to terminate without notice this Lyconet Agreement for good cause pursu- ant to Section 13.2.
7.3 In the event of termination of this Lyconet Agreement, the Marketer must destroy any Communication Materials in his/her possession and confirm the destruction of same in writing to Lyconet.
7.4 Publications and ads, as well as the use of registered trademarks of Lyconet or companies affiliated with Lyconet, such as company logos and the brands Lyconet, Lyoness, Child & Family Foundation, Greenfinity Foundation, etc., shall require the written consent of Lyconet. The publication and use of trademarks applied for and/or registered for myWorld International Limited with its group companies and coop- eration partners such as Cashback World or myWorld require the written consent of myWorld International Limited and its group compa- ▇▇▇▇ and cooperation partners. This shall also apply to any use via the Internet or other electronic media. The right of the Marketer to use the Communication Material authorised by Lyconet according to Section 7.2 shall remain unaffected.
7.5 The Marketer shall indemnify Lyconet from all claims by third parties against Lyconet in connection with the violation of their intellectual property rights by the Marketer.
Communication Material. 9.1 My Saharogya provides Digital Communication Material, free of cost, to a Promoter, to help assist him in conducting activities under My Saharogya Marketing Agreement.
9.2 A Promoter must use the latest Communication Material for his promotional purposes. The inappropriate use by a Promoter of outdated Communication Material or any other materials that are not approved by My Saharogya may entitle Promoter to terminate this My Saharogya Marketing Agreement for good cause.
9.3 In the event of the termination of the My Saharogya Marketing Agreement (regardless of the way in which or the reasons for which it is terminated), a Marketer must destroy any Communication Material he may have in his possession and confirm the destruction of the same to My Saharogya in writing.
9.4 Publications and advertisements as well as the use of trademarks of My Saharogya or companies affiliated with My Saharogya, the Mindsmeet Group, such as the company logo and the trademarks of Mindsmeet, Saharogya and My Saharogya, etc., are only permitted within the framework of the authorized Communication Material. This also applies for its use via internet, social media or other electronic media.
9.5 The Promoter shall indemnify My Saharogya, companies affiliated with My Saharogya, the Mindsmeet group, their cooperation partners from claims of third parties that they assert against My Saharogya, companies affiliated with My Saharogya, Mindsmeet Group, their cooperation partners due to a culpable violation of their commercial property rights by the Promoter.
Communication Material. The development of a project leaflet and poster, enhances the project visual identity and public image and hence, allows an easier identification by the public, ensuring visibility and recognition. The communication material described are presented below.

The Marketer may not alter or use these materials or the information contained in them in any way for the purposes other than the purposes that are in compliance with this Agreement. The culpable use of unauthorised communications materials, as well as the unauthorised use of authorised communications materials by the Marketer, entitles CN to terminate this Agreement immediately.
7.3 In the event of termination of this Agreement, the Marketer is obligated to immediately destroy the Communication Material available to him/her and no later than three (3) days from the date of termination of this Agreement, he/she is obligated to confirm such destruction to CN in writing. The Marketer shall not be entitled to make a copy of the Communication Material available to him/her in paper or electronic form prior to destruction.
