Leaflet Clause Samples

The 'Leaflet' clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the provision and content of informational leaflets accompanying a product or service. Typically, this clause specifies who must prepare and supply the leaflet, what information it must contain—such as usage instructions, safety warnings, or regulatory disclosures—and the format or language in which it should be presented. By clearly outlining these obligations, the clause ensures that end users receive essential information, thereby promoting safety, compliance, and informed use of the product or service.

Leaflet. An yearly update version of the project leaflet was produced, highlighting the results and the achievements of the different years of the project. These have been used as dissemination materials during meetings and international events. Each partners, as well as AB members and international collaborators, were provided with bunches of hard copies of the leaflet, to be distributed in the context of events as they might have felt appropriate. To see the full version of each leaflet see annex 2. Leaflet year 1 Cover Leaflet Year2 Cover Leaflet Year3 available on the project website for downloading. Press releases Short (1 page) press releases both in Italian and in English have been produced and used to approach journalists and journals to convey the results of the project to a wider audience, not limited to that belonging in the scientific and technologic fields. As a results, a number of articles appeared on the lay-press (see dissemination table for details), helping the consortium to reach and disseminate the results of the projects outside the boundaries of the scientific research. Leaflet. A leaflet has been designed to provide a brief summary of the objectives of the colMOOC Project at first sight, encouraging the audience to check the project’s communication channels such as the website, the social networks, etc…. The leaflet has been designed to be printed in full colors as a bi-fold, for being distributed in events, seminars or when the partners of the consortium hold face- to-face meeting with our target audience.
Leaflet. The leaflet is currently under revision: ETA is still making some adjustments before the final revision by project coordinator. The leaflet (Figures 15 and 16) will be constituted by two pages based on A4 sized paper in landscape orientation and integrated with the logo. The colours, as well as the font and the diagrammatic images within the leaflet are being prepared according to the logo as well as to the introductory poster. The leaflet outlines, in simple language and with specific terms, the project’s background (“Why?”), planned methodologies (“How?”), objectives, as well GreenFlexJET project. Key points outlined in the leaflet correspond very closely with the key points outlined in the first press release of the project, published on the BE-Sustainable Magazine 2018 issue edited in May 2018. Most importantly, the leaflet focuses on:  the funding scheme supporting GreenFlexJET project, included the process and partners;  the rationale for carrying out research on the demonstration of the most promising advanced bio jet fuel pathways in Europe;  the basics of the technology to be implemented within the project.
Leaflet. The main objective of the project leaflet is to provide our audiences with an attractive and written project overview and a summary of the main project objectives and characteristics. To assist the dissemination effort, the attractive and professionally made leaflet, prepared by BEWG, is published on the project website. The leaflet presents the goals of the project and the main (expected) findings. The text is designed taking into account not only experts, but also an interested non-specialist. It introduces the main idea, the approach and the goals of the DREAM project. Furthermore, it includes the website address and provides basic information on DREAM Consortium. All partners’ logos are also displayed. A second version of the leaflet will be implemented after month 18. This version will contain an updated content, with an overview of preliminary results, and a new layout for making it more attractive. The final version of the leaflet will be implemented at the end of the Project. The leaflet can be circulated in printed form, e.g. it can be handed out at conferences or other events; on the other hand also an electronic version (e.g. PDF file) can be circulated. The leaflet can be also downloaded from the project website. Some leaflets may be translated into other languages than English by the Partners, based on a master template which will be provided to the partners. The content of the leaflets has to be clear and easily understandable by the target end users. Link for leaflet download: Leaflet for download Figure 4: DREAM Leaflet page 1
