Communications and Information Sharing. 1) Each of the parties shall designate an individual who will be the primary contact for all issues and communications related to this Agreement, the Act and the administration of the Delegated Provisions.
2) The parties shall develop procedures for the sharing of information and the resolution of issues that may arise during the course of the Regulatory Authority s administration of the Delegated Provisions. Upon approval by the Minister, such procedures shall be added to the Agreement as Schedule “B”.

2) The parties shall develop procedures for the sharing of information and the resolution of issues that may arise during the course of the Corporation’s administration of the Act. Upon approval by the Minister, such procedures shall be attached to the MOU as Schedule “B”.
Communications and Information Sharing. Saskatoon and Red Pheasant agree to:
a) Subject to any confidentiality issues, share as soon as possible all information related to matters included in this Protocol which may affect either party;
b) Promptly engage and communicate on matters of land development and infrastructure planning or major development proposals which may affect either party:
c) Respond in a timely manner to any requests for a meeting by the other; and
d) Give full and fair consideration to any issues raised by either party before deciding on a matter that could directly or indirectly affect the other party.
Communications and Information Sharing. The Governance Group will oversee the development of a Communications Strategy to support the communication and information sharing activities of North East Healthy Communities. Each Member agrees that it will not communicate, publish or release, or permit the communication, publication or release of any confidential information except:
a) As is necessary for the Members to perform their obligations under this Agreement;
b) As required by Law; or
c) As is permitted under this agreement or otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.

A list shall also be provided identifying all staff, including their position, who work on specific issues as it relates to the administration and enforcement of the Designated Legislation. Contact information shall be maintained and updated annually or as often as required;
b) The parties shall develop procedures for the sharing of information and the resolution of issues that may arise during the course of the Administrative Authority’s administration of the Act. Upon approval by the OMAFRA Director, such procedures shall be attached to the Agreement as Schedule “B”; and
c) In addition to the procedures set out in Schedule “B” the Administrative Authority shall not use any insignia or logo of His Majesty the King in right of Ontario. The Administrative Authority will obtain or execute any document reasonably required by the Crown to protect any insignia or logo of His Majesty the King in right of Ontario.

Details of the Partnership, along with minutes and papers for meetings will be available on the official website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ News items will be promoted through the website, and feedback to Partnership will generally be directed through the Chair or indirectly via the Team, supplemented by content added to the website. Use of facebook and twitter linked with the website will be in accordance with the policy of the host authority. Partnership members will endeavour to communicate messages and campaigns about the Biosphere in a concerted manner.
Communications and Information Sharing. The Partners are committed to clear, consistent, and productive communications in support of community needs by: • ensuring that the right message is delivered by the right organization or individual in the right manner; • supporting shared messaging and shared communications materials; and, • using appropriate communications channels and central service engagement support provided by the FNHA Communications Department. The Partners are also committed to regular and ongoing formal and informal information sharing and will share correspondence, briefings, information, and issues as relevant to one another’s mandates.
