The Completion of Form clause requires parties to accurately and fully fill out all required sections of a specified document or form as part of a contractual process. This typically means providing all requested information, signatures, and supporting documentation before a transaction or agreement can proceed. By mandating thorough and correct completion, the clause ensures that all necessary details are captured, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or administrative delays.
Completion of Form. All applicants for a leave of absence shall complete Appendix A-1 that is a part of this Article. The terms and conditions stated in the application shall be a part of this Article.
