The Crediting of Hours clause defines how work hours are recorded, tracked, and applied toward contractual obligations or billing. Crediting of Hours. (1) Paid and Unpaid Union time, Jury duty time, vacation, funeral absence, schedule change, holiday worked, Reporting for Work, Section l2 (a) (l), and sixth (6th) consecutive day worked, which are compensated for under other appropriate provisions of this Contract shall be credited as hours worked in computing overtime and in determining days worked for sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) consecutive day application, except that, to avoid duplication, there shall be credited only eight
Crediting of Hours. [always up]
1. Hours are credited for all overtime opportunities for which an eligible employee was called and was not available. (Maximum 12 hours/shift; Maximum 24 hours/day).
2. When an employee changes area, the employee will be credited with hours that will bring the employee up to the average total overtime hours the employee is qualified for. Overtime qualified for averaging will be defined as the sum of the total hours in the classification divided by the number of employees in the classification on the date the averaging is done. These calculations exclude the employee who is being averaged.
3. When an employee is unavailable for more than 21 days for any reason other than vacation, the employee will be credited with the average total overtime hours the employee qualified for during the absence. Employees who have been out of the system for more than 21 days for reason[s] other than vacation will be averaged in at December 31st of each calendar year.
4. At the end of each year the overtime hours (worked plus credited) for the low employee in each area will be subtracted from each employee’s hours.
Crediting of Hours. 1. Jury duty time, vacation, funeral absence, schedule change, holiday worked, Reporting for Work (Section 12[A-1]), and sixth (6th) consecutive day worked, which are compensated for under other appropriate provisions of this Contract, shall be credited as hours worked in computing overtime and in determining days worked for sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) consecutive day application, except that, to avoid duplication, there shall be credited only eight (8) hours for any one calendar day. There shall be credited eight (8) hours for an eight (8) hour shift, ten (10) hours for a ten (10) hour shift, and 12 hours for a 12-hour shift.
2. Holiday not worked but paid shall be credited in the same manner. (Refer to "10- Hour Shift" and "12-Hour Shift" rules in Section 3.)
Crediting of Hours. (i) All Production Staff members in the rehearsal studio and at staging rehearsals in the theater will be credited one-half hour before the first rehearsal of the day and one-half hour after the last rehearsal of the day in any day they are called.
(ii) All Production Staff members will be credited one-half (½) hour before the one-half hour call and one-half (½) hour after any Piano Technical and/or Dress Rehearsal.
(iii) All performances will be credited as a four (4) hour call.
