Comprehensive Planning. In December 2002, Metro brought Area 93, as identified in Exhibit N of Metro Ordinance No. 02-969B and consisting of approximately 160 acres, within the UGB. Metro Ordinance No. 02-969B, Exhibit M specifies that the city or county with land use planning responsibility for a study area included in the UGB shall complete the planning required by Metro Code Title 11, Urban Growth Management Functional Plan, Section 3.07.1120 (“Title 11 planning”) for the area. Unless otherwise stated in the specific conditions, the city or county shall complete the Title 11 planning within two years. The two-year time period for Washington County’s planning of Area 93 shall begin upon the operative date of this Agreement.
Comprehensive Planning. The City shall work with the SHPO in order to develop proactive legislation requirements in the Historic Preservation Element of the City’s Comprehensive Plan to address demolitions of resources identified in the Resource Inventory.

There is specific authority to adopt area or sector plans covering only a portion of the area within a community's jurisdictional boundaries. The plan must show the commission's recommendation for the development or redevelopment of the territory included in the portion of the plan prepared. The planning commission must hold a hearing on the adoption of the Corridor Management Plan and make a recommendation to the governing body on its adoption. Comprehensive Planning. The Council and the Grantee work together to develop a Comprehensive Plan for the organization and delivery of health and support services within the EMA. The Plan is developed every three years or as specified by the HIV/AIDS Bureau, and is developed and structured to meet all specifications in the guidance provided by the HIV/AIDS Bureau. a. Both Planning Council and Grantee identify goals, objectives, tasks, and timelines for the Comprehensive Plan work plan. b. The Council reviews the plan each year and uses it in development of an annual plan. e. The Grantee implements the comprehensive plan to the extent that resources are identified and available, and reports annually to the Council on its role in implementation of the comprehensive plan. f. The Grantee and Council jointly ensure that the comprehensive plan is compatible with the New York State DOH AIDS Institute Statewide Coordinated Statement of Need (SCSN).

Comprehensive Planning. This 2040 Planning and Development Grant Intergovernmental Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the state of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ (“Metro”), and the City of Tigard, a municipality of the State of Oregon, located at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Blvd, Tigard, OR 97223 (the “City”). Metro and the City may be jointly referred to herein as the “Parties” or each, individually as a “Party”.
Comprehensive Planning. The MPO shall assist the HOST PROVIDER and other local governments in developing elements of their Comprehensive Plans so that such plans will be as consistent as possible with the MPO Transportation Plan as required by State statute.

Stat. § 66.1001 255 for the purpose of adopting the Town’s Comprehensive Plan in effect immediately before the 256 Enactment Date, which shall then apply to the Former Town Territory and include any necessary 257 changes to meet any legal requirements applicable to villages. The Village’s current Smart Growth 258 Plan shall only apply to the Former Village Territory. Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 66.1001(2)(g), during 259 the Initial Term and thereafter renewing for three successive periods of five years, the Village shall 260 not amend or update the Village’s Smart Growth Plan in a manner that would change the master 261 land use map designations contained in the current Smart Growth Plan for the properties located 262 within the Former Village Territory. The purpose of the preceding provision in this Section, in part, 263 is to ensure the long-term health and viability of Lac La Belle Lake, including but not limited to, 264 shoreline erosion prevention, water pollution and stormwater drainage control, fish and wildlife 265 conservation, and floodplain mitigation. After the Enactment Date, Village residents may seek 266 enforcement of this Section 9(b) pursuant to any legal means. Except as otherwise provided in this 267 Section, after completion of the amendment to the Village’s Smart Growth Plan adopting the 268 Town’s Comprehensive Plan applicable to the Former Town Territory, the Village shall have sole 269 discretion to adopt, repeal, or amend any portion of the Village’s Smart Growth Plan. 270 271 10. Law Enforcement, Fire Protection, and Ambulance Services. Upon completion 272 of the Conditions Precedent, the Town Police Department shall become known as the Village 273 Police Department. Upon completion of the Conditions Precedent, the Village’s contract with 274 Western Lakes Fire District (WLFD) for fire protection and ambulance services will remain in full 275 force and effect. The parties acknowledge that WLFD provides fire protection and ambulance 276 services to the Town prior to the Enactment Date, which the Village shall continue after Enactment 277 Date in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement. 278 279 11. Public Works and Utilities. Upon completion of the Conditions Precedent, the 280 Town Department of Public Works shall become known as the Village Department of Public 281 Works. 282
