Conducting the Works Sample Clauses

The 'Conducting the Works' clause defines the contractor's obligations and standards for carrying out the construction or project activities. It typically requires the contractor to perform the work diligently, in accordance with the contract documents, and to comply with relevant laws and regulations. For example, it may specify requirements for site safety, quality of materials, and adherence to agreed timelines. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the works are executed properly and to set clear expectations for performance, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over the quality or progress of the work.
