Connector Clause Samples

A Connector clause establishes the relationship or linkage between different sections, documents, or agreements within a contract. It typically specifies how provisions in one part of the contract interact with or reference provisions in another, ensuring that obligations, rights, or definitions are consistently applied throughout. By clarifying these interconnections, the clause helps prevent ambiguity and ensures that the contract operates as a cohesive whole, reducing the risk of conflicting interpretations.
