Coordination and Management. ▇▇▇ agrees to coordinate and manage the obtaining and completion of all appraisal requests directly from Client, on a national basis, on behalf of Client. NAS Training and Support. NAS will provide Client with a bilingual help manual and telephone support between 8am to 8pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday and 12pm to 4pm on Saturday’s excluding statutory holidays in relation to outstanding appraisal requests, general appraisal process questions and any additional problems and/or issues. NAS will also provide notification and training for any future enhancements of the System.
Coordination and Management. The Borrower shall maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it to monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the indicators set forth in the Project Manual of Procedures and summarized in Schedule 5 to this Agreement, the carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof.
Coordination and Management. The Borrower shall:
(a) Maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it to monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the indicators set forth in the Project Operational Manual and summarized in Schedule 6 to this Agreement, the carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof.
(i) Maintain a Project coordination unit (the PCU) during Project implementation, in a form and with functions and resources acceptable to the Association; (ii) cause the PCU to maintain during Project implementation its key staff with qualifications and experience acceptable to the Association and personnel in adequate numbers, all of whom shall be appointed on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Association and in accordance with the provisions of Section II of Schedule 3 to this Agreement; and (iii) cause the PCU to carry out the daily facilitation, implementation, procurement, monitoring, evaluation and coordination of the Project.

Strengthening capacity at the central government level for the coordination and management of TB control activities being carried out under the Project at the provincial level, including development of data-based TB control program management methods and efficient and effective systems for the procurement and distribution of quality drugs and equipment. Part B: Improving Access to and Quality of TB Control Services
1. Program Management

The Borrower shall maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it, through MRE, to monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the indicators set forth in the Project Implementation Manual and summarized in the Performance Indicators, the carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objective thereof;
Coordination and Management. NREL will engage as a stakeholder and advisor to the Port in 1) evaluating current energy demand, load and capacity profiles, 2) forecasting demands and planning scenarios, and 3) analysis of alternatives. It is expected that NREL will collaborate with the Port and their designated representatives for approximately 100 hours in support of the evaluation of current and forecasted energy demands and clean energy planning scenarios, participating in working groups, advising on data collection efforts to increase efficiency for all parties, reviewing documents and providing industry insights into emerging technologies.

The Borrower shall maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it, through DPEF, to monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the indicators set forth in the Project Implementation Manual and summarized in Schedule 5 to this Agreement, the carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof.
Coordination and Management. 2. The Borrower shall maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it, through DPEF, to monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the indicators set forth in the Project Implementation Manual and summarized in Schedule 5 to this Agreement, the carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof.
3. The Borrower shall maintain, until the completion of the Project, the DPEF in a form and with functions, staffing and resources satisfactory to the Association, including the following staff with qualifications and experience, satisfactory to the Association, namely: (i) the Project Director;
