Copies of Subcontracts. ▇▇▇▇ shall furnish a copy of any subcontract or third party contract, including those with any Supplier, to City within two (2) days after it is requested by City. City shall have no obligation to make such a request, or to review any Subcontract or Supplier when received, and no review, non-review, objection or failure to object by City shall relieve ▇▇▇▇ and its Subcontractors and Suppliers from their responsibilities for fulfilling this Agreement’s requirements.

Within twenty-one (21) days of the date of award, the Design-Builder shall provide fully executed copies of all subcontracts identified in the subcontracting plan to the Contracting Officer (CO), City Administrator (CA), District of Columbia Auditor and the Director of DSLBD.
