Copies of Subcontracts. ▇▇▇▇ shall furnish a copy of any subcontract or third party contract, including those with any Supplier, to City within two (2) days after it is requested by City. City shall have no obligation to make such a request, or to review any Subcontract or Supplier when received, and no review, non-review, objection or failure to object by City shall relieve ▇▇▇▇ and its Subcontractors and Suppliers from their responsibilities for fulfilling this Agreement’s requirements.
