DATES AND HOURS OF OPERATION. A. Weather permitting, Beer Garden dates of operation will be June 20, June 27*, July 18, July 25*, August 22, August 29*, September 12, and September 19*, 2024 (* indicates rain date). Beer Garden hours of operation shall be 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. No alcohol shall be dispensed or distributed after 8:30 p.m. Dates of operation may be modified upon written approval of the Director of Inspection Services and Common Council. B. Set up and take down of each Beer Garden will be no earlier than 24 hours before and no later than 24 hours after hours of operation. C. The Beer Garden is an outdoor experience. BV shall make every effort to hold Beer Garden as scheduled. Cancellation of a Beer Garden is dependent upon weather conditions at the Lot. The decision to cancel a Beer Garden is the responsibility of BV and will be made as close to event time as possible. If BV posts notifications on social media and/or sends e- mail notifications about the Beer Garden, BV may request the City to assist with such notifications to the public.
DATES AND HOURS OF OPERATION. 4.1 The Chamber shall be permitted to operate the Farmers’ Market on the Road Allowance on Saturdays from the third Saturday in May until the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend in any year during the Terms of the Agreement, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on such Saturdays. The Town shall ensure that all necessary steps are taken to ensure that the Road Allowance can be closed during these dates and times to allow use of the Road Allowance by the Chamber for the Farmers’ Market. 4.2 The Chamber shall use barricades to block the Road Allowance from use by motor vehicles during the applicable time periods as set out in section 4.1 above.

To the extent permitted by law and to the extent that capacity is available, Contractor shall use all reasonable efforts to keep the Disposal Facilities open for additional hours to accept County Waste.

You acknowledge that any equipment left in the venue after the notified time on Thursday 1 November 2018 may be disposed of by the venue without recourse by you. 4.4. No equipment may be removed or stand breakdown commenced before the official closing time of the event on Thursday 1 November 2018.
