DAYS AND HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME. 18.01 The normal workweek shall be Monday through Sunday inclusive and the normal working hours shall be eight (8) hours per day for five (5) consecutive days or ten (10) hours per day for four (4) days. 18.02 a) All Departments that require rotating shifts shall continue the practice during the term of this Agreement. Every effort will be made to develop mutually agreed work schedules, in order of afternoons, nights, and weekends, however, the Employer reserves the right to implement the work schedules required to meet business conditions.
