DELIVERABLE REQUIREMENTS Clause Samples

The Deliverable Requirements clause defines the specific standards, criteria, and expectations that the products, services, or work outputs (deliverables) must meet under the contract. It typically outlines details such as quality benchmarks, technical specifications, formats, deadlines, and any necessary documentation or approvals. For example, it may require that software be compatible with certain operating systems or that reports be submitted in a particular format by a set date. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, mutual understanding of what constitutes acceptable completion, reducing the risk of disputes over whether contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
