DESIGN CRITERIA MANUAL. The provisions of Attachment 5 - DESIGN CRITERIA MANUAL, dated September 18, 2007, are incorporated by reference into this Contract.
DESIGN CRITERIA MANUAL. As part of the Request for Qualifications documents for this Project, Design-Builder received the Owner's Design Criteria Manual, which generally describes Owner's program requirements and objectives for the Project, and which is incorporated by reference herein. 2.1.1 Within 30 calendar days of contract execution Design-Builder will develop and expand upon the Owner's Design Criteria Manual. Design-Builder shall recommend to Owner different and innovative approaches to the design and construction of the Project, including but not limited to multiple construction contracts and fast-track phasing of design services to meet the Scheduled Substantial Completion Date. The Design-Builder shall provide preliminary evaluations of the Owner's Design Criteria Manual and the Project’s budget requirements, each in terms of the other, and the impact of the recommended alternative approaches to design and construction. 2.1.2 Within 14 calendar days from receipt of the Design-Builders recommendation, the parties shall meet to discuss Design-Builder's written recommendations for structuring its design phase and construction phase services. The final review of the Design Criteria Manual shall include review of the Fixed Project Budget, an initial Project Schedule, design and construction services phasing, and any other technical materials and requirements necessary to establish the scope of the Project. The Design-Builder shall revise their recommendation as agreed upon by both parties to be finally approved in writing by the Owner.

  • Design Criteria A/E shall prepare all work in accordance with the latest version of applicable County’s procedures, specifications, manuals, guidelines, standard drawings, and standard specifications. A/E shall prepare each Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) package in a form suitable for letting through County’s construction contract bidding and awarding process.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All Projects/Services shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the Director.

  • Power Factor Design Criteria Developer shall design the Large Generating Facility to maintain an effective power delivery at demonstrated maximum net capability at the Point of Interconnection at a power factor within the range established by the Connecting Transmission Owner on a comparable basis, until NYISO has established different requirements that apply to all generators in the New York Control Area on a comparable basis. The Developer shall design and maintain the plant auxiliary systems to operate safely throughout the entire real and reactive power design range. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall not unreasonably restrict or condition the reactive power production or absorption of the Large Generating Facility in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Project Manual A bound manual prepared by the Design Professional. It includes the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, the Bid Form, the Specifications, the General Conditions and Supplementary General Conditions.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.
