Design Criteria Package. The Drawings and Specifications and/or other graphic or written materials, criteria and information concerning County's requirements for the Project, such as design objectives and constraints, space, capacity and performance requirements, flexibility and expandability, which show or describe the character and scope of, or relate to, the Work to be performed or furnished and which have been prepared by or for County. The Design Criteria Package is attached hereto as Exhibit G.

The TEAM shall anticipate that the design drawings must be at least a 60% sealed level, approved by the City of ▇▇▇▇▇, before construction will be allowed to begin. Utilities such as irrigation, NTMWD sewer lines are located on site. Locates will need to be called into 811, Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) and the City’ of Plano’s locate service (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇).

The general objective is for the Owner Rep to develop Design Build Request for Proposals and/or Qualifications to be used by the County for procurement of Design Build Firm(s) (DBFs). In addition, the Owner Rep will provide Services to support the DB Projects during the DBF procurement effort. The professional Services authorized under this category include due diligence and planning; limited Geotechnical Services; preliminary Engineering Design, preparing bid documentation and assisting in the evaluation of industry responses, including transition into construction phase services.
