Details of the Project. (i) The barrage is located about 3 miles upstream of Hanuman Nagar town. (iv) For the purpose of Clauses 3 and 8 of this Agreement the land under the ponded areas and boundaries as indicated by the plan specified in sub-clause (ii) above, shall be deemed to be submerged.
Details of the Project. The Project supports the Recipient in the modernization of the urban network infrastructure and in piloting an innovative renewable energy component. The purpose of the Project is to improve the electricity supply situation, safety and the framework conditions for the integration of electricity generation from renewable energy sources into the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bay Municipal grid (Project objective). This is to contribute to the distribution and use of renewable energy sources and efficiency measures in order to sustainably improve the energy security of the country and to make economic growth climate-friendly. The criteria for reaching these objectives, the Project results and the required Project activities as well as the assumptions underlying the Project purpose and the Project results are contained in Annex 1. The design of the Project is based on the feasibility study dated 29th of April 2019, available to KfW and the Recipient and on the agreements made between KfW and the Recipient during the local Project appraisal and its results documented in the minutes of meeting dated 31st of May 2019. It is noted that the content of the feasibility study and the minutes is not contractually binding and is intended for reference purposes only. Accordingly, to the extent that any inconsistency may arise between the provisions of this Separate Agreement and that provided in the feasibility study and/or the minutes, the provisions of this Separate Agreement shall prevail. The Project activities financed from the Grant include three network projects (component 1), a Renewable Energy (RE) component (component 2) and an Implementation Consultant (TA component). Component 1 includes three network projects namely Mount Road 132 kV substation, ▇▇▇▇ Road 6.6 kV network and Fifth Avenue 6.6 kV network. These three projects will be further supplemented by component 2, which includes a innovative RE component, for which 3 alternatives have been identified. The Implementation Consultant will support the preparation of the three network projects, and will assess technical considerations and will provide an assessment of the environmental and social implications of all phases of the Project. Furthermore, the Implementation Consultant will support choosing the appropriate alternative for component 2. The financed activities will be fully commercially operational from 2025 onwards.
Details of the Project. 3.1 Pursuant to the Subcontract Agreement, BCSB is appointed as the contractor to undertake the Project for engineering works, equipment supply, civil construction, installation works, testing and commissioning works of the LSSPV facility. 3.2 The Project scheduled completion date shall be 30th September 2023. The scheduled commercial operation date is 31st December 2023, subject to the execution of a supplementary power purchase agreement. 3.3 The total contract price of the Project is RM18.36 million payable to BCSB in accordance with the payment schedule based on the completed progress of the Project.

It is understood by the Parties that IMI shall be solely responsible to ensure that each Student who successfully completes the PGCPM Course gets an LOI from the Corporate Partner(s) for internship. It is further understood by the Parties that Completion of the Internship Program with the Corporate Partner is a pre-requisite for any Student to receive an EOL (Employment Offer Letter) from the Corporate Partner for placement of the said Student(s) under a contract of employment. It is also understood by the Parties that the EOL issued to a Student shall stand revoked in the event that: (i) Classroom attendance for a Student must not fall below 80% on a monthly basis and during Internship period the attendance of the Student in the Internship location must not fall below 90% on a monthly basis; and / or (ii) the student does not fulfill the KRA as specified in the LOI (Letter of Intent) issued by the Corporate Partner(s) with whom the respective Student(s) have been placed; and / or any integrity / disciplinary issue leading to termination as specified in the HR Manual of the respective Corporate Partner(s) 2.4. It is understood by the Parties that Upgrad will participate in this PGCM Course in the independent capacity of being a service provider to IMI for a consideration that will be paid to Upgrad for each Student participating in the PGCM Course and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. Details of the Project. The Project will entail the construction, development and the completion of residential properties through the means of a joint arrangement via Premier Baycity, the developer for the development of the Development Land in accordance with the development proposal, layout and development plan, pursuant to the terms of the DJVA (“Development”). The Project is intended to consist of development of residential properties on the Development Land measuring in aggregate of approximately 6.48 acres along with related infrastructure complete with necessary amenities. As the layout and development plans have yet to be finalized and approved, the exact gross development value, gross development costs and expected profits from the Project as well as timeframe for submission of the plans to the relevant authorities cannot be ascertained at this stage. Funding for the Project will be through a combination of internally generated funds and/or bank borrowings, and the exact funding mix cannot be determined at this juncture for the above-stated reasons.
