Eligibility and Application. Only Students of the Georgia Institute of Technology who are enrolled Full-Time shall be eligible for a housing space. Any Student who withdraws or is involuntarily removed from school shall no longer be eligible for housing effective immediately upon withdrawal or removal and must move-out within forty-eight (48) hours after withdrawal. Exceptions to these criteria may be made at the discretion of the Executive Director of Department or their designee and will be in writing. If admission to Georgia Institute of Technology is denied or revoked, it is the responsibility of the Student to notify Department in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of denial from Georgia Institute of Technology and ensure that their housing assignment is cancelled to avoid further financial penalties. The Student is responsible for providing all necessary documentation. Enrollment verification is performed monthly. A Student who does not meet Full-Time status during Contract period is required to submit an Full-Time Enrollment Exception Request form. The Student must provide a copy of the denial letter from Georgia Institute of Technology. Notifications submitted to other Georgia Institute of Technology offices (i.e. Admission’s Office, Registrar’s Office, Bursar’s Office, etc.) DO NOT comply with this requirement. Domestic Partnerships must be verified and approved by the Office of The ▇▇▇▇ of Students. The Student is not required to attend classes for the Summer Semester. "A married or single parent and their minor child(▇▇▇), including ▇▇▇▇▇▇ child(▇▇▇) and wards must jointly occupy the apartment at least 25 days per month. Only minor child(ren), including ▇▇▇▇▇▇ child(ren) and wards may reside in the apartment with the parent(s). Families with three or four members will be assigned a two bedroom apartment. No more than four persons may reside in a two-bedroom apartment. Proof of legal guardianship must be submitted to the Graduate and Family Housing Office prior to the arrival of these child(ren). A Student may petition the Assistant Vice President & Executive Director of Housing for a waiver of this requirement."

Eligibility and Application. To be eligible for payment of shift differential, an employee must be assigned to an on-going, regular shift of eight (8) hours or more which is regularly scheduled to start between the hours of: a) 2:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. (i.e. swing shift), or b) 12:00 midnight and 5:59 a.m. (i.e. graveyard shift) If the employee’s shift starts within the time period defined above and the employee works a minimum of two (2) hours within that time period, the employee shall be compensated with shift differential for the entire shift. If the employee’s shift starts within the time period defined above and the employee works less than two (2) hours within that time period, the employee shall be compensated with shift differential for the number of hours of work actually performed within that time period.

Part-time and shared positions may be obtained by current full-time employees by applying to the Human Resources Office by February 1 of each year prior to the school year for which part-time and/or shared contract assignment is requested. The contract becomes effective and binding upon submission of the application materials accompanied by the appropriate housing pre-payment: $300 dollars for all residential housing. Admission to the University is a separate process and an application must be submitted directly with the Admissions Office. Canceling your admission to Maryville University does not cancel your housing contract. Request to cancel your housing contract must be sent in writing (email) directly to the Residential Life Office. (See Section III and Section IV for additional information about cancellation.) All residential students must maintain a full course load of twelve (12) credits for undergraduate students or six (6) credits for graduate students. Taking less than full-time credits for the semester is not an Maryville University reserves the right and privilege to refuse any housing contract. The University is unable to accommodate housing requests from families, faculty, or staff members.
Eligibility and Application a. Any enrolled student in good standing at the EGS may apply for the Deferred Payment Plan.
b. The student or responsible party must complete the Deferred Payment Plan Application Form and submit it to the EGS Administration Office.
c. The application must be submitted at least one week before the deadline of registration of the academic period for which the deferral is sought.

1. have completed at least the equivalent of fifteen (15) years of full-time active service or twenty (20) years of part-time active service to the District, of which the last eight (8) must be continuous on either a full or part-time basis. An unpaid extended leave of absence under Section 7.4.2 of this Agreement will not be deemed to interrupt continuous service for purposes of receipt of the benefits of this section;
2. be at least fifty-eight (58) years of age or have at least thirty-five (35) years of creditable service with the Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois (TRS) at the time of resignation from the District and retirement with TRS (Note: Teachers with less than 35 years of service will incur a 6% penalty per year for every year under age 60 from TRS);
3. have filed for participation in the TRS retirement program. A retiring teacher must provide the Superintendent with an irrevocable, written notice of resignation and retirement by February 1 of the year in which the Benefit is to be first paid or as provided in C. below, but in any event not later than February 1 of the last year of this Agreement. The last year for resignation and retirement under this section and receipt of a pre-retirement creditable earnings increase will be three (3) years after the expiration of this Agreement.
