Eligible Clients. “Eligible Clients” refer to persons entitled to representation by a District Defender in accordance with La. R.S. 15:175 or other relevant constitutional and statutory authority.
Eligible Clients. Only citizens or residents of the United States or Canada (except Quebec) will be offered TravelSafe policies. Organization agrees to not sell any policy after the client has departed on his/her trip. Only one policy will be sold per client per trip.
Eligible Clients. Contractor shall ensure all home visits are provided exclusively to Families at Risk as defined by this contract, and that families receiving home visits: (1) Are determined by the Contractor to be eligible for the Home Visiting Program; and (2) Have an eligible child younger than age 5 years of age.
Eligible Clients. The following CalWORKs clients can access Health Alliance services: • CalWORKs adults who are participating in the Welfare-to-Work (WTW) Program through CWES and their children, • CalWORKs adults who are exempt from CWES and their children, • Employed post-aid CalWORKs clients up to 12 months, • CalWORKs adults who are under a Domestic Abuse exemption, • CalWORKs children whose parents are sanctioned but who are in the process of curing the sanction, • CalWORKs adults whose child(ren) has been removed from the home and have a reunification plan in place, and Health Alliance services may continue for a client who is currently receiving Health Alliance services when a client meets any of the following criteria: • Becomes pregnant and receives the pregnancy exemption, • Is exempt due to care of a child under the age of 6 months, • Receives an exemption of three (3) months for a subsequent child, • Is a CWES adult who is receiving mental health services, or meets a disability criteria, or is applying for SSI benefits.
Eligible Clients. 10.1 Eligible clients of the BANK are: a) small and medium enterprises; b) Start-ups and potential entrepreneurs; c) Individual agricultural producers; and d) Vulnerable groups, as defined in Annex I 10.2 Other cumulative conditions: a) submission of economically and financially feasible business plans, prepared with and cleared by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ; b) locally registered firms, with legal capacity to contract; c) lack collateral for normal access to credit resources; and d) compliance with the other requirements as spelt out in the Operational Rules of this Agreement under Annex II. e) only projects with complete documentation as described in the present agreement will be taken into consideration.
Eligible Clients. The agency promises to serve the needy, ill, or infants (minor children), without discrimination based upon race, color, citizenship, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, disability, sexual orientation including gender identity, unfavorable discharge from the military, or status as a protected veteran. Whenever there is ambiguity or confusion as to the serviceability of a presenting client, as an absolute minimum, the Agency shall in good faith and with good intention, advise such clients who present themselves to the Agency regarding alternative agencies and resources which the Agency believes could assist such persons. The Agency shall have and present written guidelines for determining Eligible Clients, and furnish these to anyone who asks to review them.
Eligible Clients. It is imperative that those who are not currently engaged in the labour market have the skills, training, and supports they require to become and remain employed. The Canada-Saskatchewan Labour Market Agreement provides Saskatchewan with the opportunity to address the employment programs and services requirements for non- Employment Insurance clients who have little to no work experience. In order to build on the momentum of the provincial economy and to engage all citizens in our labour market, Saskatchewan is committed to work in partnership with the federal government through the Canada-Saskatchewan Labour Market Agreement to target the following priority client groups:
Eligible Clients i. In Custody: Must be incarcerated clients at County Correctional facilities who have known release dates and who will have spent at least 30 days in custody by the time they are released. To be enrolled, clients must be on track to be unemployed at release with no permanent housing option in place.
Eligible Clients. 8.1 The beneficiaries of PASARP are new and existing small farmers, associations and cooperatives, and micro- small and medium entrepreneurs of the Regions of SHKODRA, VLORA, and DURRES. 8.2 Potential clients of the BANK, in order to be eligible , must fulfill the following conditions: a. Residency of the loan - applicant in the Regions of SHKODRA, VLORA, and DURRES, OR b. Locally registered farm/association- cooperative /business ( including "Start-ups" ) in one of the designated Regions , with legal capacity to contract; AND c. Submission of an economically and financially sustainable business plans approved by the LEDA; d. Lack of collateral for normal access to credit resources; e. Compliance with the other requirements mentioned in the Operational Rules of this Agreement under Annex 2. 8.3 LEDAs will provide technical assistance to interested Beneficiaries: first in reviewing business ideas, second in assisting eligible candidates in the preparation of a business plan and finally in submission of a loan application. During this pre-selection process, eligible candidates will be evaluated by the LEDAs according to internal criteria agreed with UNOPS, in order to determine whether the business plan qualifies for a formal submission to the Credit Committee.
