Engineering Drawings. 4.1 The Developer covenants and agrees that the Engineering Drawings for the construction and installation of the Local Improvements for the Development Area shall conform strictly to the Design Standards. 20 -DA-
4.2 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, it is understood and agreed to by the Parties that the Developer must construct the Local Improvements in accordance with the Engineering Drawings as approved by the Municipality.

Engineering Drawings. Landlord shall cause the engineering working drawings for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-alarm and fire sprinkler work in the Premises (the “Engineering Drawings”) to (a) be prepared by one or more of the Architect, the Contractor, and/or engineers or other consultants selected and/or retained by the Architect, the Contractor or Landlord, and (b) conform to the Approved Space Plan, the Approved Additional Programming Information, the first sentence of Section 4 below, and any then-existing Approved Architectural Drawings (collectively, the “Engineering Requirements”). c) Any other characteristics, including material and finishes, which cannot be changed without affecting system interfaces or interfering down to the spareable level.
