The Ethernet Service clause defines the terms and conditions under which Ethernet connectivity is provided between specified locations. It typically outlines the technical specifications, service levels, and responsibilities of both the service provider and the customer, such as bandwidth, uptime guarantees, and support procedures. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the expectations and requirements for the Ethernet service, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring reliable network performance.
Ethernet Service. “Ethernet Service” shall mean a dedicated packet transport service, conforming to the physical and data transport layers of the international communications model. Ethernet Service may be provided in point-to-point or point-to-multi-point configuration. Ethernet Service bundles the transmission capacity of one to eight DS-1 services. The available bandwidth is set and tested per the requirements of the user.

For Converged Ethernet Access Customer shall pay a range of monthly recurring charges from $688.30 to $4,548.69 for speeds ranging from 15MB to 1,000 MB at 51 mutually agreed upon locations by Customer and Company. For Type 1 and secondary CFA access, Customer will pay a range of monthly recurring charges from $688.30 to $4,548.69 at speeds ranging from 15MB to 1000 MB. For Type 3 access, Customer shall pay a range of monthly recurring charges from $685 to $1,105 at speeds of 4MB to $1,105 Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $6,000 for backhaul charges to connect Customer premises to Company CPA switch with OC3 service with mileage of 767. Private Line: Private Line - Global Data Link Service (Option 1). Private Line – Global Data Link services provided pursuant to the agreement are governed by the Guide provisions relating to International Private Line Full Circuit and applicable Tariffs. US Private Line Services –Interstate and Intrastate (Option 1 and 2). Customer will pay the following range of fix per circuit inter-office channel (“IOC”) charge and the monthly recurring per mile minimum IOC . Customer will pay the following monthly recurring charges which are fixed for the Term of the agreement, for each Port and Permanent Virtual Circuit (“PVC”) as follows: For Port monthly recurring charges, Customer will pay a range of charges from $163 to $4,680 depending upon speed. For PVC monthly recurring charges, Customer will pay a range of charges from $12 to $8,439. Ethernet Service. If Customer receives Ethernet Service, use of such service will also be governed by the terms and conditions in the Ethernet Internet Access Service Exhibit.
Ethernet Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IXC charge of $2,490.00 for 100 Mbps Ethernet Virtual Private Line - National Service between 2 CLLI code and/or NPA/NXX locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
Ethernet Service. Fatbeam provides Ethernet Services, all of which meet the Metro Ethernet Forum (“MEF”) specifications for the particular configuration and are transport based services. The Service Order containing the Ethernet Service(s) will delineate the Demarcation Point(s) and the bandwidth.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.

  • Internet Use 7.1. Customer is prohibited from posting or transmitting unlawful material on or via the Internet or the World Wide Web. 7.2. Leaseweb is entitled to actively block ports or IP addresses for the Network, in the event that such is – in Leaseweb’s reasonable view – necessary to preserve or protect the security and performance of the Network or the Internet or the World Wide Web. An overview of the blocked ports or IP addresses may be requested in writing by Customer from Leaseweb. 7.3. Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 7.2 of the Acceptable Use Policy, Leaseweb shall in any event actively block the following ports for its Network: (i) UDP/137 – Netbios; (ii) UDP/139 – Netbios; (iii) TCP/135 till 139 – Netbios;(iv) TCP/445 – Smb; and (v) Protocol UDP port 11211 - Memcache 7.4. If Leaseweb reasonably suspects that Customer is subject to a DoS attack, DDoS attack, DRDoS attack or another attack and (in Leaseweb’s reasonable opinion) such attack negatively affects the Infrastructure, Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately block access to Customer's Infrastructure. In the event that Customer is subject to repetitive attacks, and Customer does not successfully take measures to prevent that future attacks may negatively affect Leaseweb’s Infrastructure, then Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately terminate theSales Contract by sending a written notice to Customer.
