The employee performance evaluation is a process that is part of the employee/supervisor relationship that focuses on: the work that should be done, the work that actually is done over a specific time period, and how efficiently and effectively the work is done. 6.1.1 Evaluations are based on the California Standards for the Teaching Profession, Speech- Language Pathologist Standards for the Profession and the Psychologist Standards. It is the intent of the parties to utilize these standards as they evolve and change over time.
