Existing Relationships. Prior to the Closing, Seller shall not introduce any new method of management, operation or accounting with respect to the Assets and shall use all reasonable efforts to preserve its relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, contractors, operators, non-operators, royalty owners, and others having business dealings with it in connection with the Assets.

Existing Relationships. Seller shall use its best efforts to preserve the CATV Business as a going concern and to preserve existing relationships with the APUC, and its suppliers, customers, and others having business dealings with Seller. Existing Relationships. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has no existing agreements or relationships, nor does ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ have any plan or intention, nor is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ aware of any plan or intention of any of his employees, consultants, suppliers, shareholders, or customers, to execute any agreement, to sever any relationship or agreement, or to take any other action, that would adversely affect the business of Punch, the business of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, the Video Library or this Agreement.

Existing Relationships. The Telxon Disclosure Schedule sets forth a list of all of Virtual's customers and suppliers which are material to the conduct of its business.
