Extended Schedule Clause Samples

The Extended Schedule clause allows for the adjustment of project timelines beyond the originally agreed-upon completion date. This clause typically comes into play when unforeseen circumstances, such as delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, or changes in project scope, impact the ability to meet deadlines. By formally permitting extensions to the schedule, it helps prevent disputes over late completion and provides a clear process for requesting and approving additional time, thereby ensuring fairness and clarity for all parties involved.
