Facilities and Utilities. Facilities are those which are appropriately equipped and staffed, including all utilities (as specified herein below) janitorial staff and services (including trash collection and removal), and security staff and which are adequate in size, functionality, and other specifications. Appropriate equipment, services, and staffing shall be as mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
