Facility Preparation. The Customer will be responsible for performing any actions not specifically delegated to GUARDIAN RFID under this Agreement that are required to prepare the facility for installation of the GUARDIAN RFID System, including, but not limited to, providing appropriate uninterrupted power, air conditioning, sufficient space, electrical drops, network and physical security, network equipment (including Wi-Fi), network drops, and other similar items.
Facility Preparation. SVV shall be responsible for providing adequate event oriented facility preparation, sufficient sanitary facilities, clean-up, and event security, and user damage and repairs required as a result of PACC PROPERTY use. At the beginning of each year, SVV shall meet with the CITY’s Public Works Director (or the person designated by the City Manager) to agree upon standards for the foregoing facilities and activities.

Facility Preparation. The Lessor shall prepare the aforementioned facilities including mowing, infield dragging, field painting, and disposal of garbage and rest room maintenance. An outfield fence shall be placed on one field at the beginning of the season for varsity game use and will be removed the third week of May. Outfield fences to be installed for invitational tournament and section games only.
Facility Preparation. Lessee is to accept building and premises in 'as is' condition and shall make all necessary leasehold improvements at expense of Lessee. Plans for Lessee proposed leasehold improvements affecting the present building improvements will be submitted to Lessor for approval prior to installation. Permission is hereby given by Lessor to Lessee to remove the room designated as a drying room located near the Northwest corner of the building. Lessor does not know the condition of and therefore does not warranty the drying room equipment. Lessor will have the following improvements made at the expense of Lessor: 1. Install new steel rollup overhead door at North ground level truck entry. 2. All air conditioning equipment shall be inspected and repaired as required. Lessor shall warranty said air conditioning equipment for a period of one hundred and twenty days and will pay in full for any major equipment replacements that may be required during the first six months of the Lease Term and one-half of such cost of replacements during the next six months.* The evaporative water coolers are excluded from any Lessor warranty or responsibility. 3. Paint exterior of building with color to be selected by Lessee. 4. Paint all mustard colored interior factory walls. 5. Reroof main (original) building and check and repair, if needed, the balance of the roof system. Lessor to have all the above work completed without delay.
Facility Preparation. The YMCA agrees to assist the City of Hendersonville with the preparation of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pool beginning in April and will continue preparation and maintenance through the opening day. The YMCA agrees to take the necessary steps to prepare the facility for approval by tbe Henderson County Health Department. This includes reviewing the aquatic facility inspection guidelines and providing the labor and attention needed to bring the facility up to recommended standards. Specifically, the YMCA will assist with removing and storing the pool cover, balancing the pool chemicals, vacuuming the pool, cleaning all pool stainless steel, removing and cleaning all furniture including umbrellas, cleaning and organization of storage rooms, concession stand preparation, and ordering necessary chemicals. The YMCA and City Public Works staff will meet before the pool opening for the formal asset inspection. Asset inspection will review capital needs, facility maintenance issues, and park improvements. Upon completion of the inspection, both parties will determine a repair schedule.
Facility Preparation. Owner shall arrange for Owner’s Facility to be prepared and ready for delivery of the Equipment or any portion of it and shall be responsible for all reasonable costs incurred or delays if Owner’s Facility is not able to accept delivery.

  • Facility Prudential is willing to consider, in its sole discretion and within limits which may be authorized for purchase by Prudential Affiliates from time to time, the purchase of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement. The willingness of Prudential to consider such purchase of Shelf Notes is herein called the “Facility”. At any time, the aggregate principal amount of Shelf Notes stated in Section 1.2, minus the aggregate principal amount of Shelf Notes purchased and sold pursuant to this Agreement prior to such time, minus the aggregate principal amount of Accepted Notes (as hereinafter defined) which have not yet been purchased and sold hereunder prior to such time, is herein called the “Available Facility Amount” at such time. NOTWITHSTANDING THE WILLINGNESS OF PRUDENTIAL TO CONSIDER PURCHASES OF SHELF NOTES BY PRUDENTIAL AFFILIATES, THIS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO ON THE EXPRESS UNDERSTANDING THAT NEITHER PRUDENTIAL NOR ANY PRUDENTIAL AFFILIATE SHALL BE OBLIGATED TO MAKE OR ACCEPT OFFERS TO PURCHASE SHELF NOTES, OR TO QUOTE RATES, SPREADS OR OTHER TERMS WITH RESPECT TO SPECIFIC PURCHASES OF SHELF NOTES, AND THE FACILITY SHALL IN NO WAY BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY PRUDENTIAL OR ANY PRUDENTIAL AFFILIATE.

  • Facility Use The Employer shall allow individuals the use of gender- segregated facilities, such as restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms that are consistent with that individual's gender expression or gender identity. In such facilities where undressing in the presence of others occurs, the Employer shall allow access to and use of a facility consistent with that individual's gender expression or gender identity.
