The modem should try Ist for GPRS connectivity and in case of non availability of GPRS connectivity, the SMS should be tried as IInd priority. • For sending alarms and designated events the SMS should invariably be generated from the site only (where the AMF Panel is installed) . • The communication at the base monitoring station can be either with GSM Modem (with or without server) or with server based internet portal. In either case there should not be any limitation for no. of sites to be linked with the base monitoring station. Necessary hardware protection along with software protection should also be provided at base monitoring station. Incase in future if BSNL wants to shift to its own server then the system should be compatible and the firm shall provide the necessary support for the same. No extra charges for any additional hardware / software requirements on this account shall be borne by BSNL.

  • Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).

  • Remote Access Access to and use of the Data over the State Governmental Network (SGN) or Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be controlled by DSHS staff who will issue authentication credentials (e.g. a Unique User ID and Hardened Password) to Authorized Users on Contractor’s staff. Contractor will notify DSHS staff immediately whenever an Authorized User in possession of such credentials is terminated or otherwise leaves the employ of the Contractor, and whenever an Authorized User’s duties change such that the Authorized User no longer requires access to perform work for this Contract.

  • Remote Work Buyer agrees that Honeywell may provide some or all of the Services remotely using an internet connection and may install additional software and related communication and/or diagnostic devices on Buyer's applicable systems (the “Systems”) to enable such connection and/or remote work. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to fully cooperate with Honeywell’s installation and commissioning of such software and devices on the Systems. To the extent required by Honeywell, Buyer will enable and consents to internet connectivity between its applicable Systems and Honeywell’s applicable computer server(s)/system(s) and/or the Honeywell cloud platform(s) throughout the term of this Agreement.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • System Enhancements State Street will provide to the Fund any enhancements to the System developed by State Street and made a part of the System; provided that State Street offer the Fund reasonable training on the enhancement. Charges for system enhancements shall be as provided in the Fee Schedule. State Street retains the right to charge for related systems or products that may be developed and separately made available for use other than through the System.
