Frequency of Measurement Clause Samples

The 'Frequency of Measurement' clause defines how often certain data, metrics, or performance indicators must be measured or assessed under an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies intervals such as daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly, and may outline the methods or standards to be used for measurement. By establishing a clear schedule for measurement, the clause ensures consistent monitoring and reporting, which helps both parties track compliance and performance, and reduces the risk of disputes over data accuracy or timeliness.
Frequency of Measurement. The frequency of measurement for deliverables is defined in the SOW and each CDRL. The contractor’s performance will be continuously monitored. The Government will periodically analyze whether the frequency of surveillance is appropriate for the work being performed.
Frequency of Measurement. Bi-Weekly Process: The Administrator will, at or prior to the next regularly scheduled ALCO meeting, notify the ALCO of any significant increase in the credit spread VaR and any trends that may cause a significant increase in the credit spread VaR and develop and implement a strategy to hedge and/or minimize the effect of any such increase and/or trends, taking into consideration the directions, recommendations and/or suggestions of the ALCO and the Strategy and Objectives described in Section 2.
Frequency of Measurement. Monthly VaR — This risk is monitored by the calculation of a credit spread VaR, as follows: Measurement: 99%, 10-day, VaR (as defined in Appendix III)
Frequency of Measurement. PV01: Daily Convexity: Monthly Global Sensitivity: Monthly Yield Curve Steepening and Flattening: Scenario analyses will be performed showing the effects on aggregate net present value of the assets, liabilities and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of the GIC Business due to possible steepening and flattening of the yield curve around 2-, 5- and 10-year “pivot” points as follows:
Frequency of Measurement. The accuracy of each Party’s measuring equipment shall be tested and verified at least once every Contract Year and immediately upon the occurrence of an event described in Section 7.5 by an independent qualified third party mutually acceptable to Sunoco and BOC. At any time that either Party notifies the other that it desires a test of any of the measuring equipment, the Parties shall cooperate to secure a prompt verification of the accuracy of such equipment by such third party. For purposes of this Section 7.6.1 “testing” refers to the testing of equipment relied upon for billing purposes.
Frequency of Measurement. Quarterly Note: No credit spread VaR will be calculated for assets that have been reclassified in Loans and Receivables, as from time to time notified by Dexia to the ALCO, and thus will be accounted for on an accrual (rather than a ▇▇▇▇-to-market) basis on FSAM’s (and its parents’) financial statements.

Frequency of Measurement. While the Contractor is fully expected to comply with all requirements in the SOW, the Government’s assessment of Contractor performance will focus mainly on the objectives listed in the AQL column of the Performance Standards Summary Matrix. The COR will monitor the Contractor’s performance to ensure it meets the standards of the contract. Unacceptable performance may result in the Contracting Officer taking any of the following actions: Require the Contractor to take necessary action to ensure that future performance conforms to contract requirements, reduce the contract price to reflect the reduced value of the services, issue a Contract Discrepancy Report, or require the Contractor to re-perform the service. In addition, the Contractor’s performance will be recorded annually in the Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR). Signature – Contracting Officer’s Representative Signature – Contracting Officer Documented Performance Measurement Rate. LPR Data Service downtime shall not exceed 4 hours in any 1 month period and Meantime between failure (MTBF) is 4,000 operating hours Reviewer’s Performance Assessment (Check):  Meets StandardsDoes Not Meet Standards
