Further to Clause Clause Samples
The "Further to Clause" provision serves to reference and build upon a previously stated clause within a contract or agreement. In practice, it is used to introduce additional terms, clarifications, or obligations that are directly related to an earlier clause, ensuring that the new content is explicitly connected to the original provision. This approach helps maintain logical continuity and clarity in the document, preventing ambiguity by clearly indicating which prior clause the new information supplements or modifies.
